Unfortunately I wasna able to attend the gehm or watch it due to a death in the family a couple days ago.

But hey. What a great result, and from what I gather, a pretty good performance to back it up with some decent defending.

As I understand it, the Dees were in their beds.

Absolutely seek disna even come near how wir ah feeling this morning.

Affy weh to loss. Kent they widna miss any oe theirs. Fatah aff the bar was a seekener. As fowk sayed, WTF was ah that daft music aboot when he was standing waiting for oor 1st Pen.

What a 1st half performance. And to inta the break we a 2 goal lead.

But noticed the cheenge in the gehm aboot the 65 min mark. Players startin to look knackered, and we started to sit deep, gee-in them chances they might no had, and a goal was comin. A daft header again. It's easy to see that defending coarners and crosses is a week point ATM.

Dinna think we couida played any better. Played till they were fit to drap. But of coorse some oe they guys we were playing against were £1M players,

We've a depleted squad ATM, even saw Zac we crutches at the end. FFS, what mair do we need.

Proud of the performance last night, but phuckin gutted ah the same.

Oe eh, and a 1st welcome oe the Season to the twice-a-year supporters esp. the chunt that got us a 10 grand fine we the smoke bomb.

MOTM fir me Ferry.

Dinna ken if any chunt else seen it coming, but it was coming.

Oor big failure the day was standing aff their defenders when they had the ba. They had time to plan every move. They coulda drew up plans to build a hoose in the time we gave them.

But meh biggest grumble was that Ref Dickinson. He should get his name cheenged to Dickhaed, Stopped the gehm fir loadsa feeble reasons, but didna stop it when he shoulda.

Head knock between Svelj and ane oe the Herts players, He calls on the physios. Then he lets the Jambo play on, but puts Svelj aff. Surely some chunt needs to looks at this. This chunt gave us the same treatment at least 1 gehm last Season.

MOTM fir me Dolcek.

Eh missed the twa Una Stubbs gehms we being on holiday.

Didna think RV were brilliant. Their passing was very good, I'll say that, but we made their possession better by giving the ball away too often.

Great effort. Great result. Tak that any day oe the week. Looking forward to next week.

Of course we've got the Jambos to deal we 1st on Sunday,

For anybody that's interested, the show on BBC 1, on Wednesday 21st at 8pm, followed the restoration of a Scotland Cap owned by our very own Frankie Kopel.

His wife Amanda introduces the story behind Frankie, his Dundee United career, and his Cap, and it's sentimental value.

Great overhead shots of Tannadice, images of Frankie, with some of the feature being filmed in the United Boardroom.

For anybody wanting to watch it, it's available on Catch-up on BBC I-player.

Series 1 Episode 1 (Reversions).

Well that was a brah day was it no.

TBH, didna think things would work oot the day. Up until 63 mins, we were sitting in 6th efter the Midden scored. Was beginning to think it was looking
like a stitch-up fae ah they West Coast chunts.

Looked like to me that things started to go oor weh efter the sheepsh@ggers scored.

Things improved even mair efter the cheenges were made. Great when Gallacher haeded in fir the equaliser.

Saw Strain getting knocked doon. Couldna believe Brother Beaton blahin so quick. What scenes when big Sam put it in the back. The SSBs looked even poorer efter we went ahaed.

But that 7 mins oe stress at the end. When we heard that the green brigade had equalised, there were hert rates a-bumpin. Boy next to me was practicing voodoo on Beaton to blah.

MOTM fir me Middleton. Cleal-Harding has a talent and hes got huge potential.

Hoped Jim and the players mighta came back oot, but the cerry-on efter the whistle. Fowk are excited, but it indirectly leads to some daft Aiberdeen chunt lobbin a chair onta the pitch. Didna realise wha it hit until the Ambulance boys appeared we the stretcher and saw the Aiberdeen player on the deck.

That was loupin the day. The Midden looked the better side, and was getting worried they were gonna score 4 or 5.

Ok, there was a couple of sh1t decisions by the Officials. And it didna help that half their squad were 6 fut 9.

But seriously, we canna score 1 phuckin goal at Hame in front oe our ain supporters, against St phuckin Midden.

3 gehms post split, and not a phuckin point. 3rd place meh @rse.

Thoroughly p1ssed aff.

Half an oor in and we're facing up to them, probly the better side TBH then it turns grim. Nae other word fir it.

Disna matter wha yer playin, ye should be able to score at least a goal at yer Hame grund. (The Rubber Johnies managed it)

Lost coont oe the number oe times that Campbell gave the ba awa.

They're moaning aboot the price oe the tickets, then thir spendin £7 on bas and bowls oe fruit to throw awa. And HTF did they get the bas in. Were they ah wearing wifies wigs to look like underage pregnant lassies. If ye waant to protest, then jist dinna come. Wonderin how many oe these sickos spent money came thru to Dundee and didna even go to the gehm.

TBH left at 80 mins. Theyve won the Title here too many times. I wasna wanting to witness that. Was on the other side oe the Law aboot the time themfinal whistle woulda sounded, and thankfully never heard a thing.

Goal difference phucked.

Over the moon.

TBH thought we'd get a point the day, but that's no saying that I thought we were'na good enough to baet Herts, just that following yesterday's result we the Midden, that Herts had mair to play fir.

Looking at the stats, we musta performed some great defending the day.

Great result fir abody. Well done to Jim and the lads.

Indeed. A St Mirren win and a United win is what we should be wanting. I'd be happy as fk to see them down again.

not quite, we wold have to lose twice which is at least 2 off the goal difference, so they would only need to score 5 over their 2 games

Clutching at straws that have long gone, but from where I was sitting in the ETL - at the time I'd have put my left bollock on the boy leading to Luca with an elbow.  I was phucking certain that it was a foul and should have been our freekick.

Spot on m8. Happened right in front of me. Elbowed in the side or the haed.

And how many times did that dehvin Sylla chunt get free-kicks for his sh1te. He wouldna need much coaching to join the French Olympic Springboard team.

Whar do ye start we this mess. As somedy says, over 20 years since they chunts won a League gehm at Tannadice.

1st Half performance was the worst this Season. Defending was loupin. Stephenson gets bushwhacked right in front oe me. Free-kick any day. Efter he's subbed we're no switched on and they b@stards go and score.

Still canna workoot how Walton spilled the ba fir the 2nd. No like him. Can only put it doon to the pace and mibbee a curl on the ba. Ferry didna look fit. Kept lossin the ba. Did it once too often and ended up gee-in them the 3rd goal. If it wisna for VAR, we'd be 5-1 doon.

Middletons goal was a topper.

2nd half was better, but no better enough.

Trapper scored a good ane. if only he'd had the bottle to treh the same in the 1st half when he had the ba in Dundee's box 3 or 4 times and hesitated. Ending up lossin the ba every time.

Questions need to be asked now eg. How the phuck we wir sittin in 3rd place in December and Hibs were sittin bottom, and now ....

The officiating was undoubtedly terrible last night, no question there.

However I believe the screen was broken, so while Dickinson did initially rightly allow the goal, it was the VAR team who didn't, after their lengthy review.

As the screen was broken, I'm not sure what the protocol is, if VAR tell him they have reviewed it and there is clear and obvious evidence of an error (but he can't see it himself), I presume he has to accept their word, but maybe someone else can confirm.

A terrible decision, but for me the blame sits in the VAR studio, less so the ref.

Just spoke with an extremely close m8 who's a Ref in the Lowland League. From the horse's mouth "The protocol is, if the VAR Lineside Monitor is defective, the Match should be played without VAR".
