The club is an absolute mess.
Goodwin needs to go & we need Mark Ogren to sell up and then we build in a sensible way. We are skint, and there isn't a chance Lennon would come to us. I'd be happy with Alan Archibald or Jim McInally. 

We need the hangers-on to leave. Clean sweep. 

Get Jim McInally in until the end of the season.

Fair play to them though, it's ambitious, it might be good for them.

I'm not that arsed, but in some plans it still shows their training ground on Camperdown Park, that's Camperdown Park that was gifted to the people of Dundee, if that's still the plan, that alone will raise plenty objections.

'Dundee' Would be better doing everything they're planning to do apart from putting the stadium there, make the footprint of the stadium the training centre.
 

Their training ground won't be at Camperdown park. See my posts further up. 

I work at the University, and I know the plans Dundee has for that area, and they are impressive (not stadium-related). I was impressed by their GM and was told by my counterpart his knowledge of funding is what is paying for the upgrades. After seeing their plans, I can see why people are moving to them. 

We need to get our act in order. Where is our CEO & COO?

What is clear is that Ogren wants out, so the rumours of the Club up for sale are genuine. He is putting no more money in, which now means we are heavily reliant on the Club selling players. If we get relegated, I hope we have relegation clauses in contracts...He has and is trying to remove directors that don't always dance to his tune. 

Ogren tenure will have been seen as mixed. He got us promoted and our youth academy back, but at what cost?- debt, and lots of it.

Dundee United Football Club is no more; it's purely an extension of that company now. With that, I'm firmly in the camp of Ogren out. Sell to the supporters and take TA with you and leave. His comments at the AGM were laughable. 

£13million in debt to MO & Government backed loan. No one in their right mind will take that on. He either stays and strips the club to the bones  or he takes a loss, writes off debts and jets off into the sunset. 

What a sad state of affairs.  Community-owned Club, please.

How many sport clubs has Ogren bought before us? And what happened to them once he sold them? 

Edit to add: 

He owned Mankato Moondogs for 5 years 
He sold the Sioux Falls canaries as he states it should be in local ownership in 2021. 
He sold his convenience stores, all 13 in 2018 & he sold all five of his sites and 70 oil supply contracts. So he is no longer in the oil and gas business. 
According to an interview in 2018, he wants to concentrate on the sports club business.

Tony Asghar must be sacked tonight and everyone he has employed on his books. The game is up Tony!  If not, Ogren can go too and take the debt with him.

I haven't posted in a long time, mainly due to work (In the Netherlands), and I'll be brutally honest I can't hide my dismay at how the Club is being run, and I've said that numerous times here before. 

I'm glad more supporters are more aware of how badly run we are and now want change. The first-team coach/manager position cannot be fixed until changes are made above him. We can certainly talk the talk but that is just smoke... Fulham link up, South American relationships, the best academy in the world, elite coaches, International scout department etc...  

Mark Ogren does he want out? Some rumours suggest he does, with Club up for sale. These claims could be backed up by the lack of funds in January, or is he more conservative in his financial backing now? You could argue further, that most Scottish clubs are up for sale if the right price comes along. 

TA, apparently, as many have said, has an agency that means every utd employee is controlled by this apparent agency &  his agency get money on every employee, is that true or not? There must be a way we can prove that. These claims would provide food for thought regarding the number of staff we have at United now since TA has been in control. 

To me, and hence the reason I haven't been to games or posted is that Dundee United is seen as money making machine for certain individuals. That disgusts me.  

What happens if we get relegated, or if Tony/Ogren walks......Who knows. 
I just don't like how the Club is being run, and I haven't for a very long time (see previous posts). 

Would we go into administration? If we fail to pay creditors (HMRC, etc.), they could produce a winding-up order, like any business. Could we go into administration via the loans to MO, highly unlikely imo. However, MO does have a history of buying and selling sports clubs. 
We have been reliant on the backing of MO, which produces just under £11m debt to him, which he wants back, hence the reason they are loans.
