This is pretty much where I am on Middleton. Compared to the season before, he has had a fantastic season. He's played better in a better league. If he has been a high earner then I do think it needs to come with a more realistic wage, but I am not too despondent on this. Hopefully we bring in players who will challenge him for game time and therefore we get the best out of him. Confidence is a big thing and he's still only 25 - best years should still be ahead of him.
I am getting absolutely sick to the back teeth of being gaslit about our manager and players.

Similar to my point about reducing allocations being a race to the bottom, raising ticket prices (especially at that level) is also exactly the same and will only result in more and more fans of all clubs getting priced out of going.
