He has a car worth £5000. He only drives it occasionally and he shares it with a bunch of other people. He puts in $500 every month just to keep the thing running. All the other folk who drive it chip in with £200. But they moan at him constantly and demand he puts in an extra £500 every month, because they want to drive a nicer car. He's desperate to sell the thing, just so he doesn't have to deal with the other drivers. All he wants is £2000 but nobody is even offering him £1000 for it. So he's screwed, and all the other drivers are left driving a shitty car.

Then one day the other drivers have an epiphany and figure out that if they approach him in a less confrontational manner to talk through what might be done, so they can all keep driving a reasonable car that isn't costing an arm and a leg every month to keep on the road, then they might actually get him to sit down and talk and move things forward.

We'll get absolutely destroyed from tge SPL team IF we even get to the play off final which I reckon we won't unless 2 very good players appear today.
