Yeah I genuinely didn't see Grimshaw put a foot wrong against Morton, stick with the same team for me.

Thought he actually played really well!

Dundee United » Ayr United tickets » 15/4/2024 10:57 pm

It should’ve been sell all tickets for the GF & ET (which is done) then open the shed.

1800 tickets in the shed, if Raith don’t win Friday night i reckon you’d go close to selling out the shed.

Dundee United » Morton vs Utd - Friday 12th April » 13/4/2024 6:06 pm

Superb win last night, we absolutely bossed it from start until finish. What a wee minky club and set of fans Morton up, girfuy.

6pts clear now, we’re almost there.

I've said before I genuinely don't think I'd offer anyone a new contract.

Agreed. This would give us the chance to bring in a real squad.

Dundee United » Ayr United tickets » 10/4/2024 3:08 pm

We could potentially win the league this day, get Ayr fans in the Jerry Kerr and keep the shed for united fans surely.

Dundee United » Morton vs Utd - Friday 12th April » 10/4/2024 3:05 pm

From 1st to last minute on Friday night we back the team like Raith and QP. Let’s get them over the finishing line.

Dundee United » Morton vs Utd - Friday 12th April » 09/4/2024 10:37 pm

Gotta be same team for Morton as last 2 games. Same mentality.

Dundee United » The winning line » 09/4/2024 10:19 pm

Massive game Friday!

Dundee United » Morton vs Utd - Friday 12th April » 08/4/2024 1:07 pm

Hopefully the same team and if he’s fit get Gallagher on the bench.

Dundee United » Queens Park vs Utd - Saturday 6th April » 06/4/2024 5:54 pm

Got in for an under 16 for £8 the day, great result on and off the pitch😂😂

Dundee United » Queens Park vs Utd - Saturday 6th April » 04/4/2024 10:56 pm

Any news on the defence? Don’t really see how either of the two centre backs from Saturday could be dropped on performance, but no doubt they will be if there is an option.

Docherty and Sibbald have probably been our best players over the season. So have to start. But sick of Tilson coming on instead of Mochrie. Mochrie is already a better player, is young, is our player and I think he will improve a lot if he is played. Different styles but often played in same position and if the object is to keep possession for last 15 mins (Saturday) surely there is only one winner. Mochrie reminds me a lot of Armstrong - the way he glides, technical ability, and how direct he is.

Tonight Goodwin says we may not see Holt again this season and Gallagher’s away to see a specialist for his groin tomorrow. Not worried after Saturday but wouldn’t mind Gallagher back for the bench.

Got a free £1 bet builder so doing 3-0 united, united ht&ft and a goal in both halves.

14/1.

Absolutely loved that today. 9000 Arabs bouncing while the lads gave them an overdue doing.

Just continuing this as a match thread-

This game is to go 4pts clear and a massive step towards promotion, it’s at home and we should be the big boys stamping our authority yet i have no confidence in Goodwin and the players have no confidence in themselves it appears. Another big crowd probably close to 9000 and you know what that usually means for united…

I’d go

Walton

MT
Gallagher
Graham
Mcmann

Fotheringham
Doch
Sibbald
Middleton

Moult
Watt

Nothing fancy 4-4-2. Control the whole pitch. Come out all guns blazing and get the first goal. It’s that simple. No pissing about at the back either.

Dundee United » GOODWIN OUT » 23/3/2024 8:01 pm

He’ll be sacked after we lose next week and it’ll be too late.

Get him and yourself to fuck Ogren.

Said the same, no thank you. We need a British based owner who can at the very least be up here every few weeks to keep an eye.

Dundee United » Dunfermline vs Utd - Friday 15th March (7.45PM) » 16/3/2024 12:07 am

Another big game he completely fucks up. 20 mins in he should’ve made subs, it was there for all to see. 8 games left and he doesn’t know his best team. Serial loser, put him on leave and bring in the best we can find.

If we can somehow win this league, get the whole fucking squad punted as well. Losers do not deserve to wear our famous badge.

General Discussion » Anthony Joshua vs Francis Ngannou » 10/3/2024 8:38 pm

He’s made 28 million in his 2 fights plus whatever in his UFC career, he’s 38 in a few months and in great health so if that was me I’d be long gone but a last payday against Wilder or someone may keep him.

He might go to the PFL now.
