If we could just sign 2008 Barry Robson please, then we’d get 100 points.

The 2019 version could probably still do a job for us.

Sorry lads but by the sounds of things we wont be getting many more after Frear, if any.
Over four weeks until the transfer window closes, I'm certain there will be further additions (and a few leaving).
And no doubt there will be some loan signings offered once the season kicks off

Aird will be out the door soon. I reckon with Frear coming in and Pawlett only being a few weeks away, can see Banks going out on loan for 6 months. Can see Matty Smith being loaned out too. Another CH will also be needed as Frans could be leaving soon.

Certainly not the worst player to have stuck on the Tangerine since we've gone down but he just cant be relied on to perform well week-in-week-out. Puts in a power of work though to be fair to him.

Might have already been mentioned, but the boy Shaughnessy’s signed for Southend.

Thought he was a honking, hiding bar steward when he was with us, but each to their own...

Then he'd be better fucking off and taking one of them then, not a signing that excites me greatly anyway tbh

Dont understand this thinking tbh. If he is a good player that could improve us then he is worth waiting for surely? Not comparing obviously but we waited a wee while for Shankland and there a few similar comments to the one above but I'm sure we'll all agree it was worth it.

Thats my thinking on the player and not yours so you dont really need to understand it. We are all entitled to an opinion and mine is that he isnt good enough to improve us. If he does sign then i hope he does a turn for us.

Ok mate. Bit touchy. I hope so too. Im not saying your opinion is wrong, just putting my opinion across too. Point of a forum and all that

Just seen a Twitter rumour that this guy could be coming in on loan. Just signed for a French ligue 1 team Nimes Olympique (spelling a bit dodgy?)

Cannae see it to be honest, there are other areas which are more needing attention for a start, but the lad's age might suggest he'll be seen as more than just a prospect at a club which finished 9th in one of the world's top leagues last season.
He's got a squad number for the season coming up at Nimes, and his scoring last season could indicate he'll get a chance in France.
But you never know..........

He is both the expected nugget and the great unknown. Vlatko Stojanovski (22) arrived this summer from Renova in Macedonia. Main feat of arms of this Macedonian striker? To have finished top scorer of his championship (18 goals). Purchased € 1.5m, the second biggest transfer in club history after Bouanga, Stojanovski was closely watched by Trabzonspor and Borussia Monchengladbach. It was finally Nîmes who was the fastest to draw. Athletic (1m87), Stojanovski was especially distinguished by his realism against the goal. Beautiful promises that must materialize for Nîmes
Although Vlatko Stojanovski got a goal in the last friendly, do not look for him to get a chance early in the Ligue 1 season
The Nimes coach said he hopes VS is ready to contribute by Christmas (implying he needs time to adapt coming from bad league).

Yip agree that is what the forum is for and different opinions are good.

18 goals in 32 games last year in Macedonia.
If they wanted him to go out on loan for a 6 month period surely a lower league french team would be best to keep a closer watch on him for them?

When we were waiting for Shankland the season hadn’t started, it has now!
