Re: SCQF Draw

I'm fine with County and ICT having to replay. Was hoping for cards for suspensions and a few injuries but half time in this ain.

Oh, just drew the winners of this. Very happy with that!

Re: SCQF Draw

Celtic and the Rangers both drawn away at top tier opposition,  never saw that coming

Sheep are due a result and a bit of luck against the Zombies if they get past Killie. Septic have a better chance if a slip up too with this draw.

We were due to play County on the 2nd already. If they get through it'll be a massive midweek game. Would't be surprised if BT took it on.

Re: SCQF Draw

Great draw. We need to bank that, enjoy the fact that we're still in it and concentrate now on the next game at Palmerston.
3 points there you could argue more important than cup progression but I'm sure there's a few that would disagree!

Here's a tricky one...
Would you take 9 points from the 3 league games before the 1/4 final over progressing in the Cup?
Call me greedy but I'll settle for both

You have some wierd ways of thinking Smeds.

To answer yer question It's an obvious 9 points. Until the genie in a bottle asks I will just go with supporting the team tae the max and hoping fur the best.

Don't know SM, they look on a par to me.
I honestly don't know who I'd prefer.

Re: SCQF Draw

Btw, you see a 'Home' tie in a Cup competition, does that mean the team you are drawn against actually have to come to your ground and you don't automatically have to travel to their ground to play the tie?

Regarding the draw, I'm already getting worried about progression in the cup affecting promotion chances.............

But it's better winning than losing. However, the semi date is same weekend we are scheduled to play Ayr, The final is sandwiched between a Thursday and Sunday play off final.

County battered us 5-1 last time at our place, easy choice to make imo

Absolutely. If you offered me out the Cup but 9 points from the next 3 I'm taking the 9 points.
