My first choice would be Tommy Wright. But being realistic that won't happen and the candidates below are the likely options.

Tommy Wright for me - whatever the price, its worth paying to get a team back on the pitch and playing in the top league

that list gies me the fear

Mate, you know what i agree.
Rumour has it that he is a bit fed-up in Perth and his relationship with Brown is somewhat strained these days due to him feeling he hasn't been backed as much as he should be the last 2 windows (financially).
He can't go anywhere but down the way now with St.Johnstone. He will know that.

Should have punted the cunt weeks ago and got Hopkin while he was available

Nielson,
Then Wright or even Mc90/Dodds despite the negatives that are being banded about.
Virtually anyone else would improve the debacle.
This has to be it now surely to phuk.

Nothing's impossible, but couldn't see Wright coming here.
Think Neilson is probably lined up.

bring back jobby McCall?

Tommy Wright for me, but I think it’s unrealistic.
The more I think on Robbie Neilson, the more I fall on that side.

Robson or neilson for me

Neilson out of the candidates available. Wright’s no really realistic.
Martin should have had Hopkin in his office straight after the playoff defeat last season though.

Place needs a right good shake up.
Get Louise Woodward in

Hopkin has got himself a job with a salary at least 3× what we could offer. He was never a candidate.
Neilson for me, is there anyone else available who has won this league? ( just thought there Stubbs)

Out of that list I’d probably take Jim fucking Duffy

Wright is my pick, he’s not happy with the Perth board and as such only signed a one year contract till the end of this season because of this. He also knows we are a big club needing steering in the (Wright) direction.
How much can 7mths comps actually be??

No dAnger will we get Tommy Wright mid season

We’ll prob get Paul Hartley when the inevitable happens. I don’t think he’ll get sacked this week.
In fact u know what they’ll prob shift him upstairs and let Easton or Ellis take the team for the rest of the season. If maybe a lack of cash meant they can’t afford to pay him off.

I did wonder that.
If they will take the cheap option i.e. put László on 'gardening leave' and give the gig to Ellis (in the short term anyway) assisted by Luggy or something.

The cheap option is the only option we have.
None of this will matter soon anyway.

Definitely a possibility.
Better than the status quo, but still wouldn’t be my choice.
Meant to be a really good coach, fwiw. Highly regarded throughout Scottish football. A lot of the senior pros in the squad last season went to Thompson and made his case, which obviously fell flat on his deaf, baldy ears.
Tbh, if he gets a few decent results while we’re dicking about looking for a new manager, I’d probably just stick with him. Better the devil you know and all that.

Agreed.
Robson for me.
I'd actually take Pressley as well. He's a cunt.
