anybody else undropable do you think? Stanton once he comes back.

So the goalie isn’t undroppable then

Aye. What smedDUm means, I'm sure is you've got to have a goalie, but either would do. One could be dropped though.

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

worrying if he starts - not for his cruciate as to be honest plastic pitches can be kinder on knees - its all the supporting muscles particularly hips and ankles that take a huge strain.  risky stuff.

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

Fyvie will know better than anyone if he’s ready or not.  Hopefully he is.

The fact that clubs have to consider the plastic pitch when picking their team sums up exactly why they shouldn’t be allowed.

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

Re playing on fake grass, I've said it before and will say again, we should be able to get in using fake cash for these matches.

Mare interested in being able to use their stadiums for extra curricular things to bring in cash than players getting injured. Using the weather excuse is pish--did a few of them not get called off last year during the winter?

It's not where you're from it's where you're at.

3 of the plastic pitches on one day failed to cope with the conditions.  Falkirk and Alloa was both postponed and QoS v United abandoned at half time.

That done nothing to endear me to the usefulness of plastic pitches, I would happily see them all scrapped.

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

JA is correct and its impressive what Falkirk do business side, offices, young driver - huge income - but they pap their pitch and youth setup.  They arent a real football club.  The new hybrid pitches are better and they should be forced to use these.  Seeing black cancerous balls ping all over the place is fucking embarrasing for Scottish football

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

I would play Robson at RB and a completely untried LB, see if Lyng still a free agent too.

That should get rid of the fucking clown 2nd time lucky anyway

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

Unfortunately, he's probably bought himself the Ross County and ICT games.
Glad we won mind you.

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

We have some decent players, and a couple caught the eye for me. Bouhenna was impressive in midfield , Safranko knows the game, Loemba would be great in a five a side game.

Falkirk, though, were dreadful, and a decent team would probably have taken a few off us with that set up today.

Re: Falkirk v dundee utd 22 sep

I watched the game out here via Falkirk TV £7.99.

I thought both teams were over the course of the game very poor.

Loembas shot that was headered off the line was it over?

They had a couple of great chances that they blew.

The victory keeps Laszlo in a job for another week atleast, Huge thing being with the victory today is that we are very close to the top of the pile for when we blow it and he is sacked. Which with Ross County at home and then away to Ayr Utd and then Thistle our next 3 games I will be very surprised if come the end of those 3 he is still our manager.
