Apparently we're after a 6'3 Algerian defender by the name of Rachid Bouhenna (once of Doncaster Rovers and currently at MC Alger)

Tbh this is old news that's been floating around a couple of weeks now

Would Danny even come back here though? He hated the medical team, never hid that fact either.

Alan hates us too. No chance of either happening.

Re: transfer deadline

we should have 2 transfer deadline threads.  One for rumours about former players another for any other targets.  Guarantee the one about former players gets more posts.

To be fair to the club, its mostly the support that's always harping on about bringing former players back. Find it bizarre.

Lol. As much as I would like Swanson back, or Allan too, for that. It is hilarious how much our support pines for bringing back old players, I’m as guilty of it as anyone. We can’t seem to make it through a single transfer window without mentioning Gomis, Buaben, Goodie, Swanson etc.

That would then be the return of the season ticket

Re: transfer deadline

I can't recall how good, decent or poor Martin Woods is off memory so will notry make any judgement on him at this point

I don't think there is any danger of Lyng returning as I am sure he had signed for an unfortunate Hungarian team.

Poor cunts. I’ve seen some shite over the years at United, especially recently, nothing even comes close to that boy.

The majority of our fans had Paul Watson wrote off as a dud too, mind.

They were swinging off his dick at the weekend.

Re: transfer deadline

After doing a wee bit of research I think the danish player on trial will be one of the these two however I think the first name mentioned will be unlikely so would be more confident in the second one who is a centre midfielder Youssef Toutouh or Mathias Thrane

Re: transfer deadline

This article is from April this year with Thrane....

OB's Mathias Thrane chases more playing time, so it's likely a goodbye to OB this summer when the midfielder's contract expires. Mathias Thrane may well be on his last half season in OB. The midfielder's contract expires this summer, and as it looks right now, Thrane is looking for new challenges for the coming season. "I do not think they expect me to stay, and I also have an idea that I will continue this summer," says Mathias Thrane to bold.dk. Thrane came to OB in the summer of 2016 after a period in AaB, and since then he has had difficulty playing a role as a permanent man. However, OB has shown interest in extending the contract. - OB and I already talked a little together in winter about the situation. OB expressed that they would like to extend. I do not know if it has changed during the spring. "But as I said to them, it depends a lot of play time. I do not feel I've had the playing time that I would like. "I know that the competition is tough and the players in my position are very skilled, but I have not had the amount of playing time I had hoped for," said Thrane. The 24-year-old midfielder has played 12 matches for the fynbos in this season, but where the game season is coming next season, he has not got himself up. - I would like to play and I thought I could get into OB when I switched from AaB. But I would like to play every week, as I did in HIK time. It's the matches this weekend, all football players are looking forward to, so I want to start playing every weekend. "If I have to take a step down, to Norway or Sweden, or what I am, I do not know. It's just important for me to come out and play some football. "Now I also have an age where patience is not really there anymore. I feel I've been patient enough. Now I would like to show what I can, says Thrane. And it may take some time before there is a clarification about the future. - I have nothing concrete at all. I know I have an agent looking at it, and I'll be informed if something pops up. "But, as it seems right now, I concentrate on giving it a skull at the end of OB and hoping that more play time will fall," says Mathias Thrane to bold.dk.

There was 5 players out of contract who were from Denmark who played in Denmark premier league, 2 of players were playing in 2nd division on loan from premier team and third player was a right back! So thought it could only be them 2 and the first player was unrealistic as he played champo league etc
