Frans played in a Thistle defence which, in his first season, let in 12 fewer goals than us, when we finished three places and ten points above them (I looked it up). In his second season, when we were relegated, it was twenty less goals than us.

So reasonably happy with this, and the player has already scored at Tannadice in his career.

Looks like a good signing to me.

Having said that we need at least another two in for this position.

I remember from school days there was a joker that was always trying to get daft readers' letters printed in the Courier. One time he got a headline about swimming the channel. DCT published. It was signed Francis Cumming & he was dead chuffed.

Just watching this Mexico game here and they leave three Whippets on the half way line when defending corners.

Hopefully we sign some lads with a bit of pace, drives me up the wall when we get 11 in the box defending corners.
