We’ll start the season looking to actually play football and set up to attack teams, then we’ll have an off day around late September/early October, get absolutely pumped off a St. Mirren or Motherwell, and Goodwin will shit himself, throw the baby out with the bathwater and go back to his factory setting of hoofball, throw ins and set pieces. We’ll finish slightly better than last season, nothing overly exciting, but enough to keep our unambitious owner satisfied for another year.
League Position - 6th
League Cup - Out to Kilmarnock in the quarter finals
Scottish Cup - Out in the last 16 (Cups don’t mean much to Goodwin)
Top Scorer - Sapsford - 11
POTY - Agyei
YPOTY - Randall?
Signing of the Season - Dylan Tait
Surprise Package - Maybe Meghrem?

Jesse Randall is 24 next month.
Way too old for YPOTY criteria imo.
Emmanuel Agyei is 21. That is the cut off point.

TEK are you allowing these predictions as the season has already started 😁

If Tek clears it I would like to re-use my prediction of last year that Jim finally leads us to victory at Parkhead. We had a very good record against Celtic last season and if we had played them away a week earlier(before the return of O'Neil 2.0) we had a very good chance of breaking the curse.

League Cup prediction in the bin already and it's not even August.
As a wider issue, get seeding to fuck, 5 teams get a bye, then they get the benefit of being seeded, fuck off.
There should be no seeding at all, bin the groups and make the numbers so it's a straight knockout competition.
44 teams - 22 ties, then 11, then the 5 teams come in, straight draw. I just despise seeding, in any sport in any form, it serves to protect, especially in football and more so in Scotland the bigger wealthier teams.

I am, yes.
Though the real mavericks amongst us made their predictions before we even witnessed the dross on display at Forthbank.
