Re: How will season 25/26 go?

Just sticking this in here... after Hearts on Sunday & Rapid on Thursday it will be over 6 weeks til we are back at Tannadice.
Unless we get thro the Killie tie & get a home draw in the next round, fat chance.

Re: How will season 25/26 go?

Bit of a different one but..

Surprise of the season - the handsome one to lead us to victory at parkhead for the first time in 30 odd year

Let's make our yearly predictions on how Utd's season will go.

League Position - 8th
Conference League - 3rd Qualifier
League Cup - Quarter Final
Scottish Cup - Semi Final
Top Scorer - Max Watters (15 goals)
POTY - Bert Esselink
YPOTY - Zac Sapsford
Surprise package of the season - Owen Stirton

Slightly pessimistic in my league position (though not far wrong), a bit overly optimistic in my Scottish Cup prediction (but again not far off).

Wildly off in my Max Watters prediction, sadly.๐Ÿ™ˆ

Re: How will season 25/26 go?

Luckily I never took the question seriously but I'm ready for 26/27

Bring it on.

By which time FIFA will have renamed themselves FISA
(Federation of International Soccer Associations)

Games will be in 4x25 minute sessions.
Players can be interviewed while playing.
Goalposts will be wider apart.
Music can be played from the tannoy during matches
Penalty spots will be just 5 yards from the goal
Offside will be abolished completely
Goodwin will still play 343 with players who can't play it

Top Scorer - Sapsford - 12 goals - ONLY ONE GOAL OUT
POTY - Bert Esselink - MILES AWAY
YPOTY - Zac Sapsford - MILES AWAY
Surprise package of the season - If he doesn't go on loan, I think it will be Stirton, If he goes on loan, I'll say no-one cos sadly I don't see any of the young lads who are trying to make the break through getting much of a chance this season. - CORRECT

My predictions show what I know about football - next to feck all......

Well, three out eight. Four if you were surprised Kucherenko would be out by Christmas.
