He completely missed the ball early on right in front of goal too. Hopefully Sapsford's on his way back to form like you say. Top six was gone weeks ago so not that upset about it but always hate losing obviously.

Yep a swipe and a bad miss. Refused to square another opportunity to Fatah for a certain goal and he smacked the ball against the keeper from a tight angle instead, with Fatah unmarked in front of goal.. A terrible performance yet again from this player.
Mark McDreary PRAISING him on DUTV. (Have some self respect Mark)

Why is the manager persevering with such a bad player who brings nothing to our side? It's beyond my understanding. All the fans see it but Goodwin hands him a shirt every week.

Sapsford's been under par for months though so what real options does he have? Not defending him on the whole but not much he can do with such limitations up front.

He does have options. And, it has been known to play without a 9.
Any fan off the terrace would be better than Watters!

So who would you use? Given we are playing with a high press I'd suggest Dolcek is far too lazy for the job, not sure who else we have?

Re: Rangers Vs Dundee Utd - Saturday 4th April

Iovu, Kerestes, gulf in class.
Likewise Farrugia, Watters.
Classic example of manager sticking by their signings.
Bewildering on so many counts.
At half time, what is the good of persisting with loan signing Watters ?
What is the the good of Camara benched in favour of Farrugia ??
etc etc.

Re: Rangers Vs Dundee Utd - Saturday 4th April

Main thing is another decent performance and we seem to have a midfield that can play well in this system.

Again - we are playing a loan signing who is awful and will leave in a few games over a young lad who is our player and might become very good. Most in agreement Stirton couldn’t be worse than Watters. Stirton should be played for the rest of the season against the poorer teams in the league where he has a better chance of having an impact. What do we possibly have to lose?

Stirton isn't even starting for Airdrie

I wouldn’t start Watters in the juniors and there is no benefit to us in playing him - he is leaving and we are bottom 6. Stirton has shown a lot more than Watters every time I have seen him play and I particularly remember away V Livingston when he started, played well and we got probably our most comprehensive win of the season against an admittedly poor team we have struggled against this season.

100%. Not the finished article, might never be, but will bring more than the zero Watters adds.
Ideal time to give him games now and in LC.

Re: Rangers Vs Dundee Utd - Saturday 4th April

Keresztes put in a few crunching tackles and a fantastic goal saving block, soft as fuck?
I don't think so, lad played well, better than the captain who was annonymous.

Graham was too far away from Asgaard when he tapped in the 3rd goal.
That was his 100th game for the Terrors if he is going to get to 200 he must work on getting  touch tight to his direct opponent in the box.

Nope I'd start Sapsford in the hope that he's rediscovered some form, but I wouldn't have done that prior to yesterday's game. Watters has played ok the last couple of games and Sapsford was crap.

Maybe so but hes been soft as shyte plenty of other times tbh, spends a lot of time rolling about like a fanny and has been guilty of plenty of brainfarts this season also.

Not at all, just saying it like it is. Watters has at least put a shift in lately and I wouldn't have changed the side that started against Celtic either after our performance in that game. Sapsford scored his first goal this year yesterday, Stirton not even getting a start for Airdrie, Dolcek is a lazy cunt, I'm asking what are the other options?

I agree, 5 minutes is meaningless, my point is they dont think hes good enough for a start so why would we?

Let's make absolutely sure we are clear of the relegation scrap first, but not opposed to seeing what they can do. Stirton on the other hand I'm just not convinced by yet

In the instance I highlighted, it's soft as fuck, it's one of my biggest hates. I've got two crowned teeth because in a kick about at school I took a ball to the pus and cracked two of my teeth.

You see so many goals, 'That's a great goal!" "What a strike!" etc etc

Oh, look the defender ducks out the way, stand up be brave, same as walls at free-kicks, they jump and turn side on, creating a path/gap, does my nut in.

I bet you were busy watching the girls playing hockey and didn't see it coming 🤣

I cracked one of my teeth going up for a header, caught it square on the boys kneecap 😋

Re: Rangers Vs Dundee Utd - Saturday 4th April

I lost both of my front teeth playing, scored a good header and the defender nutted me in the mouth a second later, that was fun.
