Only thing I’d say is I’d be very surprised if they all get called up to the national squad. And if they do then it’s because they’re doing well, so I don’t see much downside to it.

Ben Stanway at Thistle is exactly the kind of player we should be looking at and in the past would have been. Sad state of affairs that it is now our neighbours being linked with him and not us.

I think there will be quite a few good young midfielders in the Scottish leagues that would improve us given time.

Lewis mayo is a good player

Ben Stanway is someone we should be all over, mark Ohara is 100% another

Watched him this season in the championship on tv, looks a good player. 21 and Scottish.

Funny because my initial reaction is turning my nose up at this and I am one of the people complaining about all the foreign lads. Can’t have it both ways…

I also like the look of the Tod brothers at Dunfermline. Still very young. Scoring and playing well most weeks.
