Get it right up the sheep, they are rotten.   We were brilliant all over the pitch.  Jim has put a right good wee team together.  We'll go through tough periods no doubt over the course of the season but I think we have players that can give every team in this league problems.

BTW what was that offside in the first half all about when Luca was played in with the diagonal pass?  Need to see it back but I am sure he was a yard or so behind the Aberdeen boy midway in their half when it was played and the linesman gave it about 6 yards from the byline.

Officials are fucking hopeless! Sapsford booked for a superb tackle and through ball, I also think Vicko should have had a penalty for Armstrong throwing him over in the box,not even fucking looked at. Anyway fuck the sheep shagging bastards! We do indeed have a great team at the moment, no weak links at all plus the bench is getting stronger too. To think we still have Graham,Watters, Pappoe,Trapa and Stirtonto come back in too, good times ahead hopefully!

Big shout out to Jim Goodwin also, doing a fantastic job. He must fucking love beating those cunts too! 🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡

The Sapsford one - he lets it go and lets the play go on into their box then stops it, runs up to Zac and books him.

Now for me there, he's let that go thinking Zac's tackle was good and somebody in VAR has then told him its a foul.

So WTF is that all about - are VAR now refereeing the games?  GTF

I think for that one he's seen the 'foul' but as it's led to a clear goalscoring opportunity he's let it run, so that if Dolcek scores VAR can review it. Once the move breaks down he pulls it back for the foul. Had Dolcek scored, I think VAR would have ruled that the goal should stand.

Re: United vs Aberdeen - Tuesday 23rd September (7.45PM)

I was wanting us to really do them in, if Mitov doesn’t make that great save 2 minutes after Bert scores i reckon we’d of hit them first 4 or 5. I thought Bert was motm last night, the guy oozes class and like Tek said it was great to see him burst the net in the east stand. Bowie only scored because of our mistake and Shankland scored a pen or they’d of got the same as Nisbet.

Jim is building a team, fucking mon the terrors.

Thoroughly enjoyed last night, no just the result but the gehm itself. Thought is was a great gehm. Only wee moan fae me, was that we coulda had a couple mair.

WTF did MacLean bring the play back fae the Aberdeen box fir. Did he book Zac fir a fowl at the half-weh line ? How did he no blah fir the fowl when it happened ? Dinna tell me he was gonna let us score, hoping that VAR would disallow the goal. FFS.

The SSs might come good, but thank phuck it wisna last night. Their finishing looks sh1te. Surprehzed to see that nane oe thum got hit we chairs.

Can fowk mind when the SSBs took the p1ss oot us when we took Goodwin. Dinna hear them laughing now.

MOTM fir me Stephenson.

Aye that's what my mate said to me last night but I don't accept that.

f the tackle was so bad that it warranted a yellow card, and he saw it without the need for VAR, why is he allowing the game to continue to see if United might score?

Thing is,it wasn't a fucking foul, he clearly got all of the ball. If thats a foul but the one on Sevelj for Hibs second goal wasn't then I fucking give up!

As a rule, if a foul/handball/offside etc leads to a goalscoring opportunity, the ref let's it play out, even if it looks quite obvious. An example was last season away to Kilmarnock when the ref thought Stephenson fouled the Killie player in the build up, but he let the game play on, Sibbald scored, then he disallowed the goal. Because he had played on, VAR was able to intervene and ultimately the decision was overturned and the goal stood. I genuinely think exactly the same scenario played out last night, it was just unusual that the alleged foul was so far from goal.

It gives the referee cover if he gets it wrong. If he had blown for a foul and it was subsequently shown to not be a foul, people would be screaming blue murder at the ref for not letting the move play out

What a video from the brilliant Sam North.

His comments at the end are spot-on.

Excellent stuff and another win at a canter. Just hope we don't get cherry picked by the ugly sisters in the January window. I fear Dolcek will be off come then.

Re: United vs Aberdeen - Tuesday 23rd September (7.45PM)

I'll say something else, isn't it great to see complete performances from United instead of the Jekyl and Hyde ones of recent seasons? There's not one player out there who's not giving everything for the team and there's a lot of credit to JG for building not only a really good side but also a tremendous team spirit. We have some really good players too,Sapsford, Dolcek, Camara, Fatah are all match winners on their day. I can't remember ever feeling this positive about a group of players at United since our Halcyon days of the 80's. A special mention for Luca Stephenson too, we will have to just enjoy what time we have left with this boy because he is going to have a great career. He is absolutely tremendous in both effort and ability, having him on one side and Ferry on the other as well as three giants at the back and a keeper who's endeared himself to the fans despite a couple of dodgy moments, not to mention Camara and Sevelj running the show in midfield and a front three who look like scoring every time we are up the park. Great time to be an Arab!

Now lets murder Killie tomorrow and help them on their way to oblivion hopefully
