Scott Burns reporting now. Another loan with option to buy.

If as expected, we get Dolcek and Watters in, in the coming days, hats off to Goodwin and the club, it’s not easy doing a big rebuild, especially at a club our level financially, with a European tie in Mid-July to play. 10-11 players in the space of a month is very good going.
Not every player will be a success, that’s to be expected, but the overall quality of signing looks good on first impression.
Stephenson and another striker would be the cherry on top, but I think the former is getting more and more unlikely.

Loans with options are the way to go for us, if they’re good we take them, if they’re hopeless, we punt them. Naamo looks like he’ll be one we’ll looking to keep based on what we’ve seen so far.
Can see Odada, Fotheringham and Sibbald all going before the window shuts. Jort, to the dismay of some, I think is here to stay based on what’s been said.

Surprised to see Kevin Holt’s joined Ayr. He could easily still be playing for a mid table Premiership team.

He made his bed. Could’ve been with us finishing 4th and potentially in our European squad. Joined some west coast minnows.

He did, it’s a shame, cause he would’ve been our player of the year if he’d stayed and continued his form. I’m just surprised a St. Mirren or a Motherwell didn’t go for him.

Does he still need an operation?
Apparently not.

Graham away to see a second specialist for his hamstring problems.
Hope it works out but beginning to sound similar to Mario Bilate, a decent player with hammys made of paper.

Graham was one of our 3 centre halves last season, we missed him when injured, but, we've got three solid guys there and a bit of cover.
Give him as much time as required and don't rush him back.

The quick signing of Keresztes has made the Graham injury not hit as hard as it might have (assuming he turns out to be good - thought he looked steady enough v Saints).
Agree with the above, we should give him all the time he needs, even if that means surgery etc.
We have adequate CB cover with SCH as backup and Sevelj able to drop back in there. Even Odada has looked slightly more accomplished at centre back so is also an option, even if he still scares me a bit.

Holt not getting good feedback from Derry fans maybe he threatened to go on strike again.

Is what it is. Even cast off’s from England’s third tier will be on at least 3x what we can pay them. If you want to get decent players in this day and age, you sometimes just have to accept they’ll only come here on loan, it’s just where we are as a club and as a country. They’re not ripping up a contract on 6-10k+ a week for the chance to join Dundee United for 2 grand a week.
Dalby wasn’t exactly ripping it up down south and it worked with him, so nothing to say it won’t with this one.

With all due respect surely there are centre forwards up here with better cv's than that.
I hope we're not going to go for a panic buy.

See also Ruari Paton...aye
Said a few weeks ago that the financial gulf now means that emerging young talent is hoovered up by Hearts Hibs Aberdeen.
That's just how it is presently. Maybe will change again in time.

I notice Sam McClelland’s still a free agent. If Graham’s gonna be out long term would it be worth bringing him back even in a deal till January to prove his fitness?

I thought he was a very limited player. One of the slowest players I can remember.
SCH is a better player.

Dolcek confirmed

Looks like a very good signing, played for the two best teams in Croatia and signing for us at a good age, bit of experience but still to reach his peak.

Watching the clips of Dolcek he looks like a winger with a few tricks. That already makes him an upgrade on Middleton, but time will tell.
