Such a good performance, could have been 10. Well done to JG for putting such a hardworking team together, just the thing you need to do well in this league.
One thing I actually like about being in this league - no fucking VAR, it’s so refreshing just to watch a game, ref makes a decision, accept it and move on.
Hats off to the ground staff, not only did the pitch look great after all the rain that fell on it, it also held up very well and still looked great at the end of the game.
Onto another tricky game on Tuesday night on another awful fake pitch, same team and same attitude from all please.

Well Eh'v no long recovered from last nights celebrations.
What a great Friday night that was. What an event. Thought the atmosphere before the kick-aff was brilliant despite the p1shin rehn.
Well done to ah the contributors to that banner display. Looked top-notch.
Wisna expecting that TBH, fir 6 gee the boys 10 oot oe 10.
6 brilliant goals (wee Cudjoe the acrobat) although canna believe Eh missed Watt's goal. Was in the concourse, and just approaching the door at the tap oe the stairs, when I heard the roar.
(the boy behind me missed 3 oe the goals ! )
The only p1sh on the pitch the night was the stuff comin doon fae above.
MOTM fir me Middleton, fir ah his efforts and contributions. Sibbald close 2nd we his efforts.

Tek, how do the points work for the prediction league btw
1 point if you correctly predict a win, draw or loss for Utd.
3 points if you correctly predict the score line.

Walton is protected by our CHs (an upgrade on last seasons)
The CHs are helped by a solid CM team (Docherty doing a lot of dirty work)
We are attacking from wide areas and have an ace centre forward.
Watt is putting in a real shift most weeks and now has goals to breed confidence.
Fothringham has an outstanding first touch. At times, a nightmare to play against.
We need to go foot to the floor, try and create a large gap. So large that we can use the January window with one eye on the summer (couple of PCAs maybe)

I am assuming most of the transfers we have made are players Goodwin has identified. As he has managed in the lower divisions, he has clearly kept an eye on the championship last season. I always wondered about his spell at Aberdeen and the signings made there. I wonder if Goodwin had a say or did the boy Steve Gunn have full control over the transfers. They actually made the a couple of really smart signings

Just watched the highlights on YouTube, Middleton's corner was miles over the line. Linesman had a shocker.
One other thing from Friday, can we bin theman for man on the half way line when we have a corner. Definitely going to cost us in my opinion.

6-0 United and Kevin 'Goal Machine' Holt didn't get on the score sheet. Hope he's dropped for the game on Tuesday as a result.
Quality performance.
Skooooooshed it
