Sorry, I just get utterly exasperated by some of the rumours posted as "fact" on this board.

Would it really hurt us all just to wait until the club has something official to say, rather than alert other clubs to our business by spreading gossip.

Re: Summer Transfer Window

What would be the point of forums like this if we werent able to talk about rumours? Also, "alerting other clubs" ffs if any club is using a fans forum as part of their transfer policy then they should give up now.

Re: Summer Transfer Window

Hearing a certain Goalkeeper has held positive talks with United, don’t want to name him incase scouts are watching the boards. His name begins with a Z and last Name is Clark and he played for Perth Saints last season.

Didn’t know his agent was Jackie Mac.

That's Tony's extensive contacts around the world you are belittling there.

All joking apart - can we not just announce some signings please...

Can he play up front?

Re: Summer Transfer Window

Heard last night we are wanting to sign Jamie Hamilton.

19 year old Centre Half from Hamilton Accies.

Seems such a bizarre rumour to be made up.

Re: Summer Transfer Window

Getting a bit tired of rumours.

Tomorrow is going to be the day for some action.

Levitt unvieled, no more fuckin about please.

And let's see a striker* with a bar scarf above his napper.

*excludes that BNB Mullen

I don't mind a "heard we are looking at" rumour but the amount of "signing announced today apparently" we've had this window so far has been a struggle.

Re: Summer Transfer Window

So much moaning, not just here but across Social Media at the moment.

We are a fickle bunch, us fans. As soon as Levitt and co are signed the mood will immediately change and the Executive Team will rightly be praised for their perseverance in getting the right players in.

It is as predictable as night following day.

That’s how it should go.

Why should we praise the executive for doing fuck all.

What do you mean doing f***all?

Don't you think for one minute that they've being working tirelessly to actually make these deals happen? Signing a full international from the world's biggest club against severe competition from much larger clubs isn't easy you know. I for one am delighted at the way we've shot for the moon this close season, and I think we might just pull it off.

These things don't happen by accident, friend. They certainly didn't happen under previous owners.

How about you stop the fucking masquerade and just tell folk what your connection to the club is. Most of us are tired of your condescending shite, so either spit it out or fuck off and leave folk to be as fickle as they like. For the purpose of absolute clarity, I myself have no issue with Tony Asghar or how the club conducts its business and have been as patient as possible with the summer's events but absolutely tired of your nonsense.

Early July and no fucking signings. That’s what I mean. If we manage to get Levitt, McGrath and that in i will indeed applaud you and whoever else was involved.

You've changed your tune AU.

I remember when you were Stephen Thompson's biggest fan.

You certainly felt recruitment was good under Thompson going by this 👇
