Fair enough, just watched it the once and never spotted him.
Scott Burns saying on Twitter that Utd looking to make more signings this month and that McDonald is a “live option”
Just wanted to give a little update that Kevin has moved on from us and is now training at another Premiership club.
Not good enough, or too expensive

Surely if we can get shot of biamou we will be able to offer him a deal?

Courts said after the game that if players leave we may make signings before the deadline

Heard that.
If we can get players who aren't playing off on loan and/or young players.
You have to imagine Biamou will get loaned out (no idea why the guy has been bombed completely..fall-out with Courts?).
Other than that can only think that we would loan out maybe Hoti, Mochrie or Meekison, Watson or Neilson. Neither of whom can seemingly get any game time in our 1st XI. Even from the bench.
I'll be fucked right off if we loan out Declan Glass again.

Enough players have left this window, just get the players we need please

I'm really surprised at the Watt one. If you have a look at his career, he has struggled to score more than 2/3 a season and has never hit double figures, although that is likely to change this season. He has had a good season with Motherwell but overall his record of 13 goals in 58 games at Fir Park is no better than Nicky Clark. He's also moved clubs regularly, rarely staying more than a season in one place. I don't see anything to suggest this signing is anything other than a big risk.
Can you please not be so negative?
Tony might feed off of it.
As it is, he's doing pretty well and looks to have improved our 1st XI.
Maybe you need to eat a slice of humble pie?

Scott Burns writing in the Scottish Daily Express that Utd are still interested in Kevin McDonald but need to move a couple of players on either on loan or permanently.
Florent Hoti linked with Dunfermline as is Louis Appere (who is also linked with Ayr).
Also heard a bit of a rumour linking Utd with a loan move for Declan Gallagher of Aberdeen.

I suspect Hearts might try to sign Gallagher with Souttar possibly leaving and Halkett injured. It's whether Aberdeen would let him go to a close rival.

Heard a rumour that Hoti turned down a move to Dunfermline on loan. Not the first time he has done that. From what I heard about him at Forfar, the laddie appears to have an attitude and overinflated opinion of himself which grossly outweighs his ability.

They signed a centre half last night

Fuchs to Peterborough, presumably that leaves room for the dee to come in?
The saddest thing is, I don't even care. He and siegriests performance level have dipped dramatically - presumably both angling for moves. If Peterborough get prime fuchs, they are getting a he'll of a player. If they get the fuchs of the last few months, he won't play.
Note to add - the '6 figure' fee will be severely cut - his old team had a massive sell on fee?

Totally get Tangy's point about the Fuchs we have seen recently however I think that the norm when agents get in the ear of players.
Great player when on his game and for the most was a very reliable footballer who could take the ball anywhere in the pitch.
Good luck to the lad, hope he makes a success of sunny Peterborough.
.
For us now we need to be recruiting two center mid and one the can cover also on the right hand side.
It's no surprise to most of us that this was a possibility so the club should have a replacement lined up. Over to you Tony.

Can’t see McDonald being the replacement for fuchs, two completely different style of players- McDonald I would say would be Levitt’s replacement
Hopefully Tony has a few signings up his sleeve before the window shuts! Right winger would be pleasing, GMS ?

Darren Watson away to East Fife on loan.

That's SEVEN players departed this window.
Kerr Smith
Trevor Carson
Mark Reynolds
Mark Connolly
Logan Chalmers
Jeando Fuchs
Darren Watson
Probably be eight next week as i can see Max Biamou being released to sign for Cambridge.
We have also taken in about 1M in upfront transfer fees.
Can we stop fucking about and sign some players now please?
An actual replacement for Shankland would be good (because McNulty is not and never has been).

Its easy to talk like this. Who is actually available that you'd sign???

There are literally hundreds of players available in European football who would improve us. You are naive if you don't think this. And it's the job of our (well paid) Sporting Director to identify these players.
He has 3 days left to do so.

How about the signings you were shouting about last week? All we've seen is outgoings since then. You talk constant bollocks mate 👍

Between Reynolds, Connolly, Fuchs and Carson alone I imagine that is a substantial amount of wages saved so either TC needs to commit to playing the young team which is a gamble or we need to invest now especially as our 2 loan players will be away at the end of the season as well.

The last couple of days of the window could be vital for us.
Im hoping the RC victory doesnt give those in charge at our club any false sense of security.
The defence and midfield have both been weakened during the window, if its as we are now when the window 'slams' shut on monday this may be a memorable season for all the wrong reasons.

It would be good if the club got someone in, but the last two games have proven the current first team squad is more than good enough. Sometimes having a smaller, more focused squad is a good thing.
