Got a 1-1 draw there last season, just before Xmas, under Mickey Mellon. No need to fear going there and we should be looking for a positive result, despite us not having won there for a few years now.
What team would you all like to see?

Does anyone know when the club online ticket sale ends or whether that booth outside the ground will be selling tickets on the day as I won’t know until the day of the game as to whether I can make it?

There's some info on twitter saying postal deadline was 2pm today and there is no pay at the gate available, don't know if you can buy away tickets at the ground though. Hope that helps

If i remember correctly the office at the away end use to sell tickets up to 1 hour before KO, but that was 2/3 years ago

That's the same starting XI as v Ross Co.
And the Ross Co starting XI showed just one change, Mulgrew for K. Smith, for the game at Celtic.
So pretty much the same team 3 weeks on the trot.
Butcher's not been seen since the Derby btw.

Great game and brilliant result. Fully deserved. Defence was immense again and 3rd in the league, well done Utd.

That was coming.
The lads execution of Tams high press, accurate, ball on the deck was a joy to watch.
Yup what BMT says defence immense. Aside from anything else Edwards put in a Mulgrew like shift in terms of strolling it out from the back.
All great goals Clark's individual running and deft feet and placement for first took me a doubletake before realizing it was a goal.
Great team play for Edwards strong well placed header.
Thought Niskanen was intelligent calmly cutting in and Freeman - pleased for his running and exuberance.
McMann a huge improvement.
Third on table, best defensive record, lets not get carried away, roll on next Saturday.

Brilliant performance from United today. Absolutely buzzing after that. Well done Tam Courts. I’m well and truly converted to him. Great display by the fans there today. Sang from the first minute to the last.

Well that’s my first game of the season and we were way better than I expected. We have a game plan, we pass the ball, we press, we defend well, we don’t panic.
Delighted for Courts. He is clearly doing a good job. Pleased to see every United subbie and back room player applaud the team off the pitch. Looks to be a great team spirit.
Mulgrew cruised it. Edwards a colossus. McMann and Freeman both played well. Glass v good come back. Paulette and Fuchs excellent. The yank more than competent. Niskanen good and Clark one of his best games in tangerine. New boy doesn’t look fit and not sure about Hoti.
I’m so happy I’m even trying to be positive about big Tone.

Best performance and best result of the Season (so far ! ). Actually thought we coulda had mair !
If you'd guaranteed me that thru there before kick-aff, I'd have ballet danced doon the street. 1 point was what Eh was hoping for.
No impressed we Hibs at all. Nuff sayed aboot them.
Top Cat's certainly lifted meh spirits this weekend. 3rd spot in the League, and only 3 points ahent the M0ngs in Tap spot.
Yeehaw !
MOTM for me Edwards.

Well, what an outstanding result. AN OUTSTANDING RESULT!!
And for proof of that we only need to turn to the History books. That was the FIRST TIME EVER that Utd have won a league game at Easter Road by a margin of 3 goals. And the first time we have done it full stop since February 1982 when we won 0-3 there in the Scottish Cup. Even Messrs Narey, Hegarty, Sturrock and Bannon never won by such a margin there in the league.
Credit for these type of results have to go to Thomas Courts and his backroom staff. And of course the players themselves. They all seem very united as a group and all seem to love winning and playing for the club. It is great to see, it really is.
That 3rd goal we scored today was a joy to watch. We ripped them to absolute shreds on the counter. It is many years since i have seen us play in that fashion. The two other goals were terrific also in their own way. We are a team who scores good goals. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye goals, i mean.
All the more impressive is the fact we had SEVEN missing first teamers today. Carson, Reynolds, Butcher, Sporle, McNulty, Liam Smith, and Dylan Levitt. Once our injuries finally clear up, we are starting to look like we have a strong squad, and we will need one for when the Winter comes and the games come thick and fast around December.
Starting to look forward to Utd games again for the first time since 2014.
P.s. special mention for Declan Glass who had a strong performance in his first match in about a year. Great wee player, hope he can really kick on now.

Briliant stuff! Well done to Tam and the players, and to the travelling support who sounded awesome

A huge 3 points at a ground where we have struggled in the past.... more pleasing is the manner in which we play each game now and that must come down to coaching, tony and tam have won us all over as we did have doubts.... loving this just now ....TCTA....SRYB

Very important to stay calm and not get over excited however good a performance and result it was.
Just as it should have been important not to make ridiculously negative comments about TC and recruitment after the Aberdeen game.
All focus now turns to trying to win the next match against Motherwell.

What a performance yesterday. Keep that up and we'll do more than OK. Not getting carried away as we have still had some stinking performances so far (sheep and Hertz) but we've signed some really decent players now and Tam has the team playing some really great football and clearly for each other and the fans.

Really good performance, although like others I'm not getting carried away and still feel we're a striker, backup keeper and a central midfielder away from a complete team.
If we carry on like this we will hopefully win more than we lose though, but its still early days and I would absolutely bite your hand off at 10th place and the quarters of the Scottish Cup, before going again next season.

Really not seeing that tbh. Carson is a very decent back up keeper, we are top heavy in Central midfield and we just signed a striker. We can't sign anyone else until January at which point we should have McNulty back so unlikely to be signing another striker unless there are more injuries.
Also, fuck 10th place that's a real losing mentality.

Still buzzin.
Feet on the ground
I see Biamou came on for Clark on 80 minutes.
Did he get many touches anyone?
I think I might have read a comment that he didn't look that fit or something?

fantastic again... had been concerned that we would miss Levitt's quality in midfield, but credit to the guys that you could barely notice his absence. another big/good call from Tam putting Glass straight back in... McMann probably edged motm for me, but no failures.
is it too early to start getting worried about how long we can hold on to Tam for? taking an underperforming team, getting them drilled, playing good football, controlling games and winning points with no budget... won't be long before teams down south start sniffing around... is he on a 2 year contract?

Totally agree re Glass, got that touch of class/arrogance about him.
Watch Vancouver every week to see how Gauldie's going - lot of similarities there.
Re Tam, hope he is on 2 year - at least - contract.
No' that that's going to keep suitors at bay, but we can't have it both ways.

I said he didn't look fit, but on reflection it was more lacking in match fitness not up to speed with the game. He looked like he didn't really know what his teammates were going to do which is understandable. Physically he looks fit and strong.
Very early days.

It’s not just Courts though. I think getting Fox in has had a big influence on the team.
