I see the Kelty away game is completely sold out. As away fans are banned from attending, either Kelty have had a surge in support, or United fans will be in the home end. I would have loved to have gone, but I'm not willing to go in the home end.

The entire stadium is for home fans so it doesn't matter where I wander to, I'll be in the home end.
Also last time I was there (Kelty v Auchinleck Talbot in 2019) there were barriers in place to stop free movement around the stadium. I'd imagine that will be even more so now with Covid restrictions, looking at their arrangements for the Montrose game last week it was made very clear that fans couldn't leave their designated area.

Every person at Wimbledon has to show proof of either double vaccination or a negative Covid test that day. Don't see why that shouldn't happen up here as well to allow things to start moving forwards.

I agree in principal, although
A) It's very easy to fake a lateral flow result (basically just don't take the test but upload it as negative).
B) Double vaccination doesn't stop you spreading it (I speak as someone who is double vaccinated, caught Covid and infected my entire family, who were also vaccinated).
But having said that, we need some kind of system along these lines. If someone is negative and can prove they are negative, then there has to be a better way.

Sorry to hear about your family catching it off you. But that would have been indoors and confined spaces when transmitted. Out door space is proving to be more unlikely to be passed on.

Yep absolutely agree with that. A football terrace is a pretty safe environment.

Looks like the only way to watch this is to subscribe to Premier tv.
Was hoping to just gie Kelty the dosh for a streamed match like Brechin last week.

No offence but are you sure there's no exaggeration on your part? Firstly it was every one of your mates were doubly vaccinated and all went to London, All of them caught it, all of them got ill and all infected other people. Now it's you who's doubly vaccinated and caught it and spread it to your entire family despite all of them having been vaccinated. Based on these odds there seems to be little point in the vaccination program full stop.

All of our symptoms were relatively mild, a rough couple of days but nothing that bad. I think that was the vaccine doing it's job.

FWIW, I went into London last Tuesday, got the notification to self isolate on Saturday, and had mild illness for a few days (also double vaccinated, although second vaccine was less that two weeks before my London visit
