The club, in recent times, have been excellent at keeping information private until the right time to release it (signings etc) but looking at the manager - it was known pretty much immediately that courts was to be the new gaffer. Has he been leaking stuff to gauge interest?

Also been a lot of leaking of transfer targets who were never going to sign - pav and the boy from Ipswich for instance.

Hoti and harkes were both linked with international recognition out of nowhere.

Is big Tony just a spin doctor? Running to scott burns when he needs to create a bit of a positive buzz?

The process of his appointment is, to be diplomatic, unusual. Leading candidate is leaked to the media to gauge fans reaction, fans then react, so we then have a stream of media pundits saying how good he is. Then, when he is appointed, we pay David Tanner (seriously, WTF), to interview him and name drop Steven Gerrard, Brendan Rogers and Sir JYM.

Courts also admits its been his job for at least 10 days despite us still speaking to "exciting" candidates. Ashgar treats us fans with contempt. He really needs to go.

I would say this process has thrown up many questionable decisions which i think the club would struggle to answer. Before that, I'm not so sure there were that many issues relating to behaviour or contempt as people would portray.

Question for me is why Mr O. persists with him ?

Don't really care if Courts appointment is a success.

Because Ogren wants to see a return and has empowered Tony to make bold choices that on the face of it, aim to make money rather than focus on success firstly which could generate money later. I think the latter was the initial plan. Covid seems to have thrown the rule book out the window and he's now desperate to develop and sell.

Interesting that lies always come apart and that seems to be the case at united.

Previously asghar has said mickey met the targets - not he's saying our target is top 6. Courts was appointed yesterday but both he and courts have already had meetings with
Mulgrew. Now you wouldn't take a candidate for a job in your company to a supplier meeting.

Asghar thinks we the fans are due attractive football -im pretty sure mickey didn't say he demanded to play football that made our eyes bleed just for the he'll of it but didn't have the chance to sign his own players.

Big T says we are 3 years into our 5 year plan. The targets for this season are entertaining football and top 6. He's fairly set courts up to fail

His recruitment has been horrific for the cash we have laid out. We are laden with mediocre at best experienced players.

Spourle,Powers and Harkes won't have been cheap and have no sell on fee.

The decision to reward Pawlett with a 2 year deal should have been enough for an instant dismissal.

Every club in the world leeks rumours. Surely everyone knows this? Trying to turn it into something that makes Asghar look dodgy is sad a fuck (imo).
