Win on Saturday and Accies cannot finish above us.

High time we went there, played well and won.

Robson and Fuchs both looked injured when they came off against Partick, so maybe neither will make it.

Would be good to see Dillon Powers back. He was the best player on the pitch the last time we played there.

Hope we freshen up the team and start Appere, Chalmers and Powers (if fit).

If Robson misses out I’d like to see us play Sporle at LB and Chalmers ahead of him at left midfield/wing.

Would also like to see something different with midfield 3 as Butcher, Fuchs and Harkes creates very little. Appreciate not a lot of options so either Pawlett in Harkes position or Clark in but pushed up front with Shankland.

If Powers has been out this long injured I doubt he'll be back in the starting line up any time soon, especially with 3 games on the bounce on plastic pitches.

Suppose it depends if he's had a full week of training behind him first.

My prediction is Pawlett will start in midfield.

If we draw and Killie get beaten that would keep us out of the playoffs. Unless there was a massive swing in goal difference?

NDP seem's to be one of these grounds Utd fans seem to have decided is a 'hard place to go', because it's a 'plastic pitch'.

St.Mirren won there 0-3 last Saturday.

Would love to see both Hamilton and Killie down with Hearts(inevitably) and Dunfermline coming up. That would be a bastard of a championship to get out of.

If we win on Saturday and Killie win = Accies and County can't catch us = SAFE

If we win and County win = Accies and Killie can't catch us = SAFE

If we win and Killie and County draw = Accies and Killie can't catch us but County could still finish on same points but would require a 20 goal odd goal swing in just 4 remaining games.

Bottom line is, we win on Saturday = SAFE

I'd say bring Pawlett on for Harkes at HT but actually believe harkes is being primarily used to help Jamie Robson and not much else.

Glad we're safe, but we are fucking awful to watch. Quality in midfield is shocking, final ball is continually poor or the wrong option and the finishing is too often powder puff.

We looked better when the subbies came on today, largely because they actually found their own men with passes.

Wee Fuchs has been poor for a while now. Where we play him (right of a midfield 3) doesn't suit him.

The defence did rather well again did they not?
That's 3 successive shut-outs in league.
And 7 shut-outs in 13 league games since new year.
