Home games at Tannadice and Dens
Played tomorrow for the first time in my lifetime.
No big deal, of course.
But just quick reminder.

I have a vague memory of one cup weekend in the 90s, when Dundee played at Dens in an early kick off and then we played at Tannadice at the normal 3pm, I think there was about an hour in between them losing and us kicking off

It happened on the 31st October last year, United v Ross County and Dundee v Raith.
It also happened in 2012 when we played St J and they played Celtic, albeit with a gap of a few hours. There was a pre season friendly where we played (I think Blackburn) then they played in the evening too.

Both at home in 1968 in the 2nd round of the Scottish Cup.
We played Hearts at Tannadice 2pm kick off.
Fun were at home to Rangers after our game, possibly a 4pm kick off.
We lost 5-6! It was a skating rink.

Mate's just told me Fun v The Original Rangers was a 3pm kick off.
Makes sense, 4pm would have been carnage if we were 2pm.
