It's an outsourced service. Nothing to do with the Arabzone team

Is communications outsourced to?

JA was talking specifically about streaming games...

"18 years of this absolute pish." was also mentioned so I think you're missing the main point, and if we're being pedantic there is no arabzone team now.

Re: Utd Off the park

Whether it's beyond you or not doesn't matter, what matters is that the club are selling a service which isn't up to scratch.
Fans try to support the club in these times by buying the game, they should at least be able to watch it.

I get the point that folk aren't happy but it's clearly wrong to blame a team who have been in place for "18 years" for a new, outsourced streaming service. I'm the pedant, thank you very much!

Comms is another story and I've no argument with complaints in that area.

Honest question here, was the audio at Brechin outsourced?

I'm some 450 miles from Tannadice I keep in touch via radio Scotland and BBC TV, someone said it yesterday you're being taken for mugs, wake up.

If people don't put money into the club via DUTV etc. There is no club.

Wake up.

Re: Utd Off the park

If it's not utd doing the streams then I take it back but well before all this Corona when they did do it it was pish and had the same problems I'm hearing about now.

It's not where you're from it's where you're at.

What an utterly absurd statement to make. Is it beyond you why people paid money in previous seasons to go to Cup games?

What's previous seasons got to do with anything.?

You just seem to come on here, make a ridiculous statement then argue to justify it.
What do you get out of that?

You wonder why nae chunt comes on here anymore when funsters like this are given free roam to come on and antagonise good Arabs.

Shame, used to be a good site as well.

Nae chance, Dundee fans stopped paying for their product years ago and that club has never improved 🤷‍♂️

You questioned why people would pay to watch a stream of Utd v. Peterhead/Kelty?  Anyone that woukd normally have been going to these games probably wont think twice about paying for a stream.

Agreed, he needs to go. Had too many chances, never has anything worthwhile to say and offers absolutely nothing of value.

Must be some guy to live with 😂

Re: Utd Off the park

I am getting more and more p**sed off with the way the club are treating the punters. My wife treated me and my daughter to hospitality at the last Dundee derby. Of course this game didn’t go ahead but not once has the club contacted her to discuss arrangements or suggest a refund. The cost of this was £300. Now this is not a small amount but she has not heard a squeak from the club. She emailed at the weekend asking for a refund but still nothing. Apparently Paul Reid is in charge of hospitality well he should get his finger out.  Considering we have also paid for 2 season tickets at a cost of nearly £700 and they can’t provide a decent stream without having to Fanny about trying all the streams. Their PR is shocking.

Re: Utd Off the park

If you pay for a service and don’t get that service, you should receive a refund.  You shouldn’t have to ask, it should just be given.

You can apply that to a percentage from ST’s from last season, hospitality, streaming services and anything else.  It may not always be the clubs fault, but they are who we’re paying.

If folk don’t want the refund that’s up to them to refuse, but it should be offered.  No other business gets away with what football gets away with.

My experience with the club recently would make me stop dealing with them altogether as a customer if it was any other business.  I’m sure a lot of you would be the same.  They are preying on our loyalty and at the moment they don’t deserve it.

They need to sort their shit out.
