Same starting XI and formation as against St.Mirren on Saturday past?
Or do we ammend it slightly to accomodate their 4G pitch?

We were better on Saturday. The same 11 deserve to start again and continue that improvement. We all know the pitch is shit, we just need to ignore that and play our game, we’ll pump them.

They've not been very good at home this season so far, surprised they haven't complained about the pitch themselves 😂
3 points please United.

That's actually a good point.
They seem to be playing better stuff away from NDP.

Which flies in the face of the Livi experience. I'm sure tho that season-on-season Accies exponentially* do better at home. A word about the 0-4 at Killie. Had that not been on plastic the score would have been nothing like that. Or am I stretching things...?
*exponentially probably doesn't belong in there but neither it does in the media when experts use it so there!

Earlier in the season for most clubs away victories were more common than home, and although that's slightly changing it's still the case that home advantage with no crowds might not be any great advantage, although the Glasgow clubs are bucking that early season trend.
I'd like to see Louis Appéré getting a start this week, and perhaps Declan Glass as well as he excelled on 4G last season. However, I don't know who I'd rest for both, maybe Nicky Clark for one?
Also, I'm expecting to see Liam Smith back in contention this week, so Clark may miss out for him returning, with Logan Chalmers getting his position to allow Luke Bolton to go further forward.
Therefore Appéré or Glass starting is a pipedream.

One thing: wi' Micky you never know.
2nd half until the boy got red carded best we've seen.
Like to see basically same XI, mebbe Louis for Clark.
Glass to get more game time
No reason why we can't replicate the first half of the second half v St Mirren at NDP on Saturday?
Only 4G in the way?

The best players don't make the best team. Wasn't overly convinced with Clark all in on Saturday but what I would say is when I watched the highlights back of our best bits, he was heavily involved. Should have scored in the first half and basically created himself a chance which he was very unfortunate with in the second when he kit the post.
Also, last season tell us, when Clark plays, Shankland plays better. Wouldn't be too quick to shout for Louis over him just yet.
Other issue is it's probably not coincidental that Chalmers had his best game because he played on the right. This gives us a big decision to make on the basis that our most consistent attacker has been Bolton playing the same position.
Find it strange people complain about mitigating Bolton when his replacement was probably MOTM. If Smith isn't fit i'm guessing it will be the same line-up. However, Hamilton have 2 big strikers and we're at risk to them pulling off the CH's and on to 2 short full backs. Could be a consideration for MM.

Same team and same result hopefully - Cannot change it after last weeks performance.
Maybe make a few subs a little earlier depending on how the games going, would like to see more of glass is possible.

Same starting 11 as last week i think. Liam Smith on the bench?

With Freeman going out on loan you'd think Liam Smith must be fit again.
Glass starting was a pipedream too.

"fitness and work rate takes you to new levels, and organisation on top of that" like that statement a lot.
I have never understood why countless managers don't drive us (and other teams) to new fitness levels and athleticism when the benefits are tangible. There are hundreds of examples of smaller players who are excellent but take a look at the physique of 98% of EPL players, it's no coincidence.

Same starting 11, quite rightly.

We'll see if Peter Brady in the No 10 shirt contributes anything today.

Brilliant team goal, super run from Chalmers

By the time I got the stream goin, I'd missed Shanks goal.

A very frustrating second 45 mins where we lacked urgency to put the game to bed, Nicky Clark missed a handful opportunities to score.
great ball in from Templeton for their goal but the marking left a lot to be desired Robson and Reynolds were sleeping.

Disappointed if I'm honest. We were the better team in the 1st half, but we let Accies come into the game too much in the 2nd half.
Mibbee sounds harsh, but we should be battering teams like Hamilton. They're sitting at the bottom of the table FFS. But trying to hold onto a 1 goal lead for 80 mins is nonsense. We need to be scoring more, our goal difference is -7.

I'm noting some posters only surface when we don't win, almost to gloat
To the game, a point on plastic isn't to be sniffed at, but disappointing given the first period.
From my point of view, MM made the wrong substitutions, and seemed to react to Hamilton changing their set up rather than replace players with others who probably now deserve a chance*. Our defence instead got worse and we handed the initiative to Accies.
* I'm thinking specifically Appéré for Clark, as an example.

Disappointing day all round, dropping 2 points and then coming on here and Nommi57’s back trying to wind folk up.
