Think Neilson going and Micky coming in is really one great piece of related business, and I'm delighted to have a manager who appears to be able to vary the team, trusts young players and talks well.

My worry is that we've welcomed new guys in before thinking they're the new Messiah only for them to be found out some way down the line: mind on here there was a thread 'In Csaba We Trust' just before Falkirk pumped United 6-1 as an example.

Getting £1.5 million for Çiftçi was a great piece of business, as was getting Andy Robertson in from QP. I'm sure there are plenty of others.
