Still nothing on the away strips?
Sure a lot of fans looking to get money into the club and with the good feeling around the club I’m sure there will be a big uptake - providing they’re no minging!!

A side note and maybe something small but im not as big a fan of the stick on plastic badge - rather its more like last seasons....an actual badge sewn on
I think it works the opposite way as before. The actual strips have sticky on ones and replica sewn on. Some pish about the sewn on being heavy/chafing. That was the case with the kits I got for my kids over here(japanese national top).
Online!
Released tomorrow then?
United retail indicated it would be before the weekends game....
Let's see the purple then....
Online!
It’s out and I love it
Not too bad. I'd prefer it without the tangerine trim on the top and shorts.

It's the Fifa 98 top!
Online!
Keep changing my mind over it. I thought it was a goalie top at first....
The orange trim doesn't work (for me). The purple isn't as bad as i thought it would be...
Same collar on both tops

Hope that doesn't jinx us: the last time we had purple on the jerseys that I mind was in season 1994-95.

It's for a great cause which the club should be applauded.
I'm in my 40s and won't be buying any tops other than for my boy and he said no thanks. £40 in the hipper👍

Well done to Utd for donating to Alzheimers Scotland and wearing purple in tribute to the charity.
A truly wonderful and worthwile cause.

Indeed, and entirely the right charity for United to support at this time given the way dementia has affected some of our greats in recent years.

Good cause, god awful strip.

I love our Tangerine/Black n' White colours!
I relate to them at my age and don't feel it's a good idea to use the colours we were founded with as we got away fae them and even changed our name to widen the appeal and distance our club fae the shite that goes with that.
Wasn't happy with purple idea regardless of the cause but initial feeling is it looks as good as you could make a purple kit.
Wee lass loves it, Wee lad doesnae.
At least that'll save me some cash.

Well done United for working with such a fantastic charity that is very close to my heart.
The strip is fine. It's a football strip, all that matters is we see a team proud to wear it and work hard for the badge.
Excited for a purple Saturday!

I can't honestly believe that Tek told me off about Nommi. Only here to cause issue, and the less said about Tobias the better. Embarrassing as fuck the pair of them.

I never 'told you off'. I recommended you ignored Nommi.
That would be my advice to everyone tbh regards any poster they don't care for.
Gonna delete all the nonsense posts that derailed the thread.
I'm loathe to hand out bans on this Forum and have rarely issued any in the 6 years this Forum has been in existence.
But if these type of petty squables continue to arise and derail threads i will be left with no other option.
Please take heed of that Gents.

Shush the lot of you dont u know this thread is only for girls who want to speak about strips ,also im glad im not the most hated poster, must do better. After the game, the king and the pawn go into the same box).
Tried to give you the benefit of doubt on here but posts like this really starting to grate now.
Take another weeks holiday from here (you too Tobias).
If i have to issue another ban it will be a permanent one.

Fair enough, not your style to ban folk, rarely done over the years if at all.
TT has been a place plenty United fans who are fairly good at being abusive choose to hud that back for the sake of mair constructive chat and a passion for it without gobshite, bickering and turning against each other with cheap shots, bitching and hudding a long grudge on opinions, previous posts & disagreements.
We all like a bit of drama and reading a meltdown now & then though tbh but some of the latest pish is just fucking embarrassing.
I was watching the game today and I thought the away strip looked really good. I prefer it to the tangerine strip. Great charity to be supporting too

The strip reminds me of a rugby league outfit.
