Dutv can't have been a surprise to them (they didn't just start working on it a day or 2 ago - and this is not to say the staff aren't working hard)and the fact they've got a company in (doing it for numerous other clubs too), I would hope that it would be set up more than 2 days before the event.

What if the tests don't go as planned, they have 1 day to fix it. Software issues may be fixable but unlikely any hardware issues could be solved.

On the commercial side and aside from customer experience- I think there will be season ticket holders, hard core fans who will pay for it nomatter when or where but there will also be the group of undecideds. If they go to log on when they see a post on Facebook, they will click the link - if the link doesn't work, they will think to do it later but mY forget

Fans literally want to give them money AND theres a good vibe at the club just now - I think its extremely niave for the club not to be taking full advantage of that feel good and desperation to get a united fix.

Not just dutv but strips and the cardboard cutouts and probably a good few other things too

Never got email, sent an email to the dutv add and got it a bit after. 

Very simple instructions and works no problem logging in on laptop.

I used my arabzone username then used forgot password, I've now reset my password and logged in to DUTV but cannot play the test video, error code coming up

 
The test stream doesn't start until 6. It says in the email. I had to check my spam folder to get the email.

Test working now.

Hopefully the quality is much better Saturday as the test quality is very poor.

Can get it to work on iPad but when try to log in through tv it won’t let me go past the login page. I put my details in it loads for a little while and then just goes back to login screen.

For anyone that doesn't have their email, check your Junk/Spam folder.  Me and a boy in work both had ours in there.


Edit to ask; Anyone know what the wee lamp/lightbulb button in the top right is for? 🤷

Biggest problem I had was minding what Email address oe mine that the Club had.
