Hard to top that list. Ferraz had a couple of late derby winners...not sure they were quite last minute though. I think Dods or McSwegan are my favourites though

I'll have a think back to the black and white days but modern ones that come to find.
Fojut against Dundee- LC
Robertson V Rangers - with Raith waiting for us in the semis it was a go mental moment

Welsh against Partick in the playoffs.

Great goal and it felt like it, but it wasn't a winner...
Glad Shedtastic mentioned Welsh v Thistle in the play-offs even tho as GC2 points out it wasn't a winner as per thread title.
However it & Robertson v Rangers Sc Cup quarter final replay at Tannadice are two moments which
in all my years as an Arab are without parallel. We've all gone wild with celebrations in our time but those two, OMG.
Welsh I was in the Captains' Lounge & I went on a one-minute run, I couldn't stop.
Robertson I was in the Dode upper & I nearly threw myself into the Dode lower.
Incredible.

Would have to be Robertson's winner against that manky bunch of cunts for me, not least because I wasn't there for the others although I was going mental watching Dods winner on TV.
But for a pure GIRFUY moment and for the cup win it led to, Robertson's goal is hard to beat.

1 McSwegan vs Celtic.
2 Robertson vs Rangers.
3 Goodwillie vs Rangers at Ibrox.
4 McIntyre vs Dundee
5 Darren Dodds vs Celtic
although it wasn’t a winner Brian Welsh vs Aberdeen at Hampden in 94 certainly felt like it on the way to finally clearing the final hurdle.

Shankland’s equaliser against Arbroath.
Shankland’s winner against Arbroath.
It was my mood turning from dejection to utter exhilaration in two minutes. Scenes all around me. Brilliant.

I had it in my head that, in the Premier League winning season, United had got a last minute winner against Dundee in the gloom at Tannadice mid season. That was top of my list, but on checking, it wasn't true: the match was October 30th 1982, and Davie Dodds scored the late winner for a 1-0 victory in the 86th minute.
For years I've thought that was in the final minute too!
Anyway, I'd go with Davie Robertson's goal on the cup run in 2010 as number one, McSwegan's v Celtic (1997) as two.
Quim at three for his goal in 1999 against Dundee.
Goodie v Rangers in 2011 for the absolute laugh we all got from it.
And Darren Dods in 2009 v Celtic at five.

These plus Fergie’s winner in the Nou Camp. Also just an equaliser, but Paddy Connolly vs East Fife in the cup 1991 was about the 95th minute and felt like a winner.

Surely Rory Boulding 94th minute v the Sheep 2013 is up there. Clangers in goal? Utter and total carnage in ET.
A last minute equaliser was Darren Jackson v M'well Sc Cup Final 1991
On looking this game up on Arab Archive I saw something I wasn't at all aware of, then or now.
Four(!) of our players were sent off on 120 mins, does anyone remember what all that was about? The ref was David Syme (Rutherglen). John Clark, Freddie v d Hoorn, Jim McInally & Darren Jackson all must have had a right go at him in the heartbreak of the final whistle?
Another thing brought back to my attention were our subbies (two in those days). John O'Neill came on for big Dunc on 46 mins & Badger for Raymond on 67 mins. Ferguson injured didn't come out for 2nd half? I wonder if he wasn't 100% fit but Jim McLean took a gamble in starting him. Or (conspiracy theory) Duncan told Jim where to go at the half time team talk?? To be fair John O'Neill did in 22 mins what big Dunc hadn't in 45 mins - score a goal.
Anybody fill in some details?
Rory Boulding!! Yes, it's up there.
I got on to Radio Scotland after the game & all I can remember is screaming at the guy saying it's what I love about football & Dundee United!

Big Dunc was injured. Think Wee Jim gambled and it backfired. He was out of sorts in the match.
The 4 players got sent off either in the tunnel or inside/outside the refs room iirc.
Supposedly it all kicked off post-match due to our Goalie being blatantly fouled at their winner.

Someone threw a boot at Syme and the 4 we’re giving him hell.
My old man came back from the spfa dinner the next night with Syme’s autograph for me and told him his then 12yr old sons opinion of him after he’d got it.
