Met Office forecast looks ok until about 6pm so I think it will be fine. During the game looks terrible though.
 

Shankland and the rest of the team to get right back on it.....not sure if hopeful or based on the fact that our poor run has to end soon..... 2/3 nil tonight.

You know what I think is very important tonight? Shooting towards the ET the 2nd half. I know it shouldnt matter but playing up the hill towards an empty shed in the 2nd half is soul destroying to watch and very rarely generates a decent atmosphere. I wish there was a way we could move fans into the shed in the 2nd half if shooting towards it.

I've a theory that the opposition always know this, I always have a wee check. If we kick off, it'll be downhill, it means they've won the toss & they've chosen to play uphill in the first half and so making us play uphill in the 2nd half towards the empty Shed. If we win the toss you'll see them take the kick off and that will be downhill too. We've chosen to play uphill first half giving us the advantage of kicking downhill towards our own fans in the 2nd half. Follow?!
 

I do. Excellent theory. Morton and Arbroath both turned us around first half and it was horrific to watch us shooting to the empty shed in the 2nd half. How shite are we at coin tosses?

Given our record at home I'd say it hasn't really affected much over the last year or so

Brilliant Shanks, really looked relieved to hit the net. Come on united kick on!

I thought we started really brightly tonight & on the front foot from the off (for a change). Then after we take the lead with a great goal we invite them onto a & lose the impetus & let a poor ICT back into the game, when we should have been well in control.

2nd half Pawlett & Powers drifted out of it & the double substitution seemed to make a difference. Great turn & shot from Shanks to end his drought 🤣

Then we hung on in poor conditions.

I thought Bingham played well had some good touches & looks like he could link well with Shanks.  Connelly & Appere also deserve a mention. Great to get back to winning ways and surely we can’t blow it now?
