Dunno about anyone else, but I'm beginning to believe the league will be won this season
One game at a time for the players of course, but I'm also thinking us, the fans, have looked at the matches and had a guess what day the whole thing will be settled.
11/01/2020 A Partick Thistle
25/01/2020 H Greenock Morton
01/02/2020 H Arbroath
14/02/2020 A Alloa Athletic
21/02/2020 H Inverness CT
29/02/2020 A Dunfermline Athletic
03/03/2020 A Ayr United
07/03/2020 H Partick Thistle
14/03/2020 A Greenock Morton
21/03/2020 H Alloa Athletic
27/03/2020 A Arbroath
04/04/2020 H Queen Of The South
11/04/2020 A Inverness CT
18/04/2020 H Dunfermline Athletic
24/04/2020 A Dundee
02/05/2020 H Ayr United
I'm imagining (hoping) that we can get the league settled on 21st March at home against Alloa.
As suggested in the subject, some supporters might believe that discussing this will affect the future, and that's fair enough. For me, talking about this has f-all influence on what will happen in the league.
Therefore, opinions welcomed!

I think it's very unlikely anyone catches us now tbh. I'll be even more convinced if we pick up 3 points next weekend as we have a couple of very winnable home games to follow. If we are still 14 points clear or more after the next 3 games then we can put the bunting up and the Dees can start making their beds 😋

Thinking it’ll be Morton the week before Alloa that it’s confirmed. Imagine the travelling support if it can be won that day!
Would it be safe to say the league will be won in March month?
When we have just two home games out of five.
Barring disasters obviously....

Watched United week in week out since 1992 and I ain't tempting any fate as we have all had our hearts broken to many times by our club.
I am getting more confident by the week that we will finished top of the pile which will be a first for most Arabs.
The derby match on the 27th where we didn't play our best and still picked up a point and yesterday where again we were not great on the eye but collected 3 points are what I think will see us finish first.
This Saturday will be massive again where our threadbare squad will have to go again vs a manager who will have Thistle right up for it.

We keep winning one game after the next it takes care of itself. Let's not give anyone the ability to point the figure if for some reason it all implodes.
I see we play the Lichties away on a Friday at the end of March - could be title carnage.
And it's Scotland v Israel the night before. Maybe no LoA at Gayfield.
But anything can happen...

21st of March at home to Alloa for me, as I would love for the title to be wrapped up at home.
I would assume that would attract a bigger crowd than would be normally be expected against Alloa and with a very good atmosphere if it is likely the title will be secured in that game.

I'm just looking at one game at a time. Yes, it would take the most catastrophic fuck-up of all time if we don't win it from where we are, but after all the shit of the last 4 years I am taking nothing for granted!
