Im honestly stunned we are in this position. Its like groundhog day every year. We arent a promotion side here.
I just cant believe we are at this fucking point again. Maybe Derby flattered us... if we are honest could have been 2 down in first 15 minutes of that game.
I agree but I am not stunned. Manager is useless so it is to be expected. Should’ve emptied him before it was too late.
Am just in car. Sackable performance. Haven't scored in 3 and a half away games etc etc. Neilson out.

Another thing
the 726 travelling arabs in attendance today should be reimbursed by the players and manager after that latest shambles.

I did think there was a surprisingly good away support there today. A good bit more than I’ve seen at Palmerston in the years we’ve been down in this league. Well done everyone in attendance, same about the performance.

I find it incredible we are still top of the league tbh. Form is terrible and manager is a useless cunt who can't motivate them. I made a point of not reading any of the usual guff in the press about how we would make up for the Alloa performance. I'm sure there was plenty said though. Well cheers lads that's one hell of a way to make it up to the fans!

Although I don’t fully agree that we should bin the manager right away, I understand the frustrations & anger after watching that.
Just one thing to add, if / when we sack him, who comes in?

That's a very good question. I don't know the answer, but do feel the frustrations have been multiplied by the timing of the management trio's contract extensions.
Here's Robbie quoted by the BBC after the match:
"We are bitterly disappointed - we were not anywhere near where we can get to. We have to find a way not to give away the kind of goals we did."This was a real warning that you just have to be 'at it' but it is about how you manage the difficult periods, especially after everybody was saying it was great, great, great for a while."
Now, finding a way to change the defensive aberrations wouldn't have, to me, involved Robbie himself making exactly the same mistakes as he had made in choosing that defence for the previous defeat at Alloa.
And I don't thing 'everybody was saying it was great, great, great for a while either'. It's him who's 'at it'.

Worth pointing out that Butcher was back yesterday as his absence was used by some in part explanation for the abomination at Alloa.

Whoever it is i'd want him to be his own man. The way Levein was i.e. bringing in the players he wanted.
I've never liked the business model of a Director of Football or Sporting Director or any other term you can label it.
In terms of names. I feel Jim Goodwin was a miss in the Summer.
Jack Ross is now out of a job. Tommy Wright must surely want away at Perth.
There will be names out there. Lots of them.
It's all 'by the by' now anyone. Neilson will be going nowhere, anytime soon. Unless he walks. He won't.

24 hours later I am still totally stunned and scunnered by the league leaders last 2 performances. Suddenly feels like Spurs and like something major is wrong all of a sudden
With Ross and maybe Wright available the extension looks bonkers surely it has a fail to get up heres 6 months salary now fuck off clause?..
