Fotheringham can't be accused of not trying hard in a UTD shirt, however as a player he is very limited.
No pace, poor touch, weak in the air
And went missing for large parts of the game, all in all very easy to play against.
I would give him a few weeks at SJ before he also becomes a benchwarmer for them.
Have you forgotten his goals that helped get us back up then?
No I haven't forgotten the goals but I believe I've given an accurate assessment of what I've watched over the last couple of seasons.
Well you reckon he'll be a bench warmer for them in the Championship yet he's already proved himself at that level,so not all that accurate I'd say. Just a bit harsh on a player who helped to get us to where we are now,and is still only 22.

Best of luck to Kai. He scored a good few goals for us in that Championship winning side and is a United fan himself, so will be hard for him to leave his boyhood club i'm sure, but i think it probably is the right move for him and us.
Always be welcomed back fondly and i really hope he can kick on and have a good career.
Kai’s not a United fan, he’s a Falkirk supporter.

Come back to me around the turn of the year and I will hold my hands up if I'm wrong. However SJ already have Sidebeh, Gullane &Ikeapzu and he isn't playing before them.

Also, this idea that Kai is really a Billy Dodds or a David Goodwillie just undiscovered and unappreciated isn't based on fact. It's a construct.
I like Kai and I wish him all the best in his future career.

I wish the young lad all the best but still maintain that he wasn't good enough to hold down a first team slot with us.
He's supposed to be a winger but he hasn't any real pace, crosses inevitably hit the first man and he isn't a great dribbler. If he's to make his mark in the game he has to find another position.

I stand corrected in that case. I actually thought he was a Dundonian. Just checked his Wiki and seen he's from Larbert.
Wish the lad well, nonetheless.

Played a big part in our championship team, seems a decent lad, couldn't make the step up.
Wish him well personally, hope he has a great season, but ultimately wins fuck all.

Kai was an important player when we won the first division. Probably our most clinical finisher that season. Agree he never got a proper chance after we got promoted. But also not sure he has enough for the top league. Good luck at St J. We will probably see how good he is next season.
