The drum at Stranraer was a good fit and worked. It wasn't over baring or large, just right to encourage a longer chant and tempo.
Most drums are over baring and more annoying as they are helping the opposition drown us out.

Exactly. We have somebody who can play it which makes a huge diffrence

where you guys are yous would be good to use them down there. speak to ian and ask he has seen it as i took down to show him.

No problem bud. Aye he said to the steward fae the control room that our stranraer flags are too big so we have to make the sticks to 1m because there is a rule that yi can only have 1m sticks at football games which i think is a load of shite

Smaller teams have built things up from a similar number bud. Teams that we have always outsung.
I was working and could only get snippits on Azone between jobs but heard yer efforts most times I listened in. Liked the new tune in oor version.

Don't give up.

I'll join you when I can go. It'll be a view I've not witnessed since it was terraced. Been a Shed and ET supporter fae 84 on.

Like I said before, this will grow and how well will depend on yer determination to carry on.
There isn't many fitba fans who don't appreciate a good atmosphere.
Once you hurdle the initial attidude of who the fuck are you to start this and tell us to join your caper it will flow freely I rekon.

All we want is a good atmosphere and support for oor team.
Sure it will grow but you can't be put of by online comments.

Go for it!

Dundee United » Singing Section » 25/7/2015 6:57 pm

I thought we did well on our first attempt at our new home in the George Fox next to the shed. It had a few teething problems but i think we have a decent base to build on. Numbers wise was decent at about 20 to 30. How did it sound in the rest of Tannadice?
