Singing Section

I thought we did well on our first attempt at our new home in the George Fox next to the shed. It had a few teething problems but i think we have a decent base to build on. Numbers wise was decent at about 20 to 30. How did it sound in the rest of Tannadice?

Smaller teams have built things up from a similar number bud. Teams that we have always outsung.
I was working and could only get snippits on Azone between jobs but heard yer efforts most times I listened in. Liked the new tune in oor version.

Don't give up.

I'll join you when I can go. It'll be a view I've not witnessed since it was terraced. Been a Shed and ET supporter fae 84 on.

Like I said before, this will grow and how well will depend on yer determination to carry on.
There isn't many fitba fans who don't appreciate a good atmosphere.
Once you hurdle the initial attidude of who the fuck are you to start this and tell us to join your caper it will flow freely I rekon.

All we want is a good atmosphere and support for oor team.
Sure it will grow but you can't be put of by online comments.

Go for it!

Re: Singing Section

As said above...don't give up TA.

That wee corner of the ground is a great place to have the signing section btw.Hopefully it helps the players having a vocal support at BOTH ends of the ground.

Motherwell Bois section started at around 50-100 young boys and it's defo grew and is now cemented as a focal point of their support.

No reason why we can't have a similiar section at Tannadice.

Re: Singing Section

I've family in the ET that I usually sit with but will sit/stand with the Unity 1909 lads anytime I go this season to help get this going.

Also have some mates gutted that they bought season tickets for the ET and don't think they can access the GF to do the same.

We brought them yesterday but we couldn't use them as the sticks are over a meter long even though I had spoke to Ian Low about it. Just early day teething problems that we will get ironed out. P.s they stick flags are smart as fuck

We have the whole section to ourselves. People can only get tickets for it if they ask to be with us.
