Correct mate.

Scott Smith an attacking midfielder played LB and according to Bugsy had a torrid time there.

How is that helping the kid ?What's he learning playing there ?Just denting his confidence.

TEK, he got roasted for most of the game, positionally naive  because not a left back, would not have helped his development at all.

came out of asda after shopping and heard it in the car going home, at first i thought tragic accident as it was reported as a small aircraft. when the second hit i turned to my wife and said terrorists. tragic loss of life in horrendous circumstances.

working on saturday barring lottery win today so won't get there. Predict a difficult game for utd, hamilton look an organised outfit and may well be hard to break down. Patience from utd fans as shown at the ross county game is a must, that said an early goal for utd could change how hamilton play and may open the game up.
A narrow win for utd i think, anything more a bonus.

if anyone can stand reading subtitles then i highly recommend Untouchable, a french film which had me completely engrossed, the two main characters are superb and the non pc humour fantastic. honestly put up with the subtitles for a brilliant film.

watson                    morris                          fojut                         townsend

dow                         paton                         rankin                        gms

                                   ciftci                                 bilate

4-4-2 at home against a team shipping goals, two strikers and goal threat from dow/gms. i know the back four were pummelled last week but no way are they going to be under the same pressure as parkhead.

never a penalty, shocker of a decision.
thought celtic players moved into space a bit quicker and looked the better side in the first half.
a lot more intensity in the second half from utd and it payed off. started pressing much further up the field which closed down the passing options for celtic and led to much more possession for utd.

a wee bit guilty of giving the ball away easily the only team criticism,
individually i thought petrie, fraser, telfer, connoly and spittal played very well. i thought big soutar put in  a couple of great tackles to prevent the ball coming across the goal, however, i would like to see him attack the ball more in the air, just seems to let it hit his head.

overall did well against a sharp celtic side and a good second half.

and in my opinion, the best ever United top!

i preferred the white away top of this strip, classy top from adidas.

looking on official sight and players listed as you would expect i.e defender, midfielder and striker....except ryan dow and aidan connolly who are both listed as attackers, why the difference do you think. old fashioned inside left/right?
just wondering like.
