This has tae be up there.
Total sickener.

Obvious I know, but St Mirren 87 is the worst I've felt leaving any game, I was only 8 tho.
Numerous late celtic winners always hurt.
Then there was Ibrox 7-1 just after Levein left, sitting near the front, turned round with 5 mins left and realised there were about 8 Arabs left in the ground.

Think Falkirk got through the next next.
I mind watching it the next night in utter disbelief as they beat Celtic.
We should have won the cup that season. For about 2 months we were the best team in the country. Just ran out of steam.

Mind the Scottish Cup game against (you guessed it) Celtic when big Kjell scored a brace after returning fae a hernia op 10 days previous, and wee Erik scored an og right at the death ?his bairn had just been born hours before and he was a major doubt before the game as he's been up aw night.
We lost 3-2...absolute spewing that day.
I'd post up a video of it if there was one out there just to annoy Hunted.

08 LC final was brutal. Sheep away when we got all but sent down was worst feeling ever. 87 v St Mirren was even worse. This years sc defeat was the only cup final where Ive been angry more than disappointed, mainly that we didnt learn from a game about 4 weeks before and were shite.

The game in the 1st Division season when the trophy was at Tannadice and we only needed to beat Dunfermline to win it.We lost 1-0.
Very Utd.

All the matches mentioned have been sore ones to take, personally I have to go for the league cup semi final hammering v Rangers in early 2005. Think it was Barry Fergusons first match since coming back to Rangers as well.
What made it worse was the fact that I was nightshift that night with a bunch of Rangers fans, I was still a probationary firefighter at the time and the only United fan and it was live on the telly. After the first goal went in I was praying to get turned out, got so much stick that night, and it finished 7-1.
Never forgot that night, but did get my own back the next time we played them when Stuart Duff scored the only goal at ibrox for us to win 1-0.

I'm only 21 so I missed most of your chat lads.
LC final In 08 was a bad one, was 3 days after my 15th birthday and can just remember coming out the ground In to the car listening to 5live radio and every one of their presenters said united blew It, hit home the next day when my best pal who's a rangers ST holder greeted me In maths 3rd period with "you's had us there for the taking mate should've gubbed us".
Gretna away (Motherwell) In 2008 maybe!? We got beat 3-2, took a massive crowd, fucking stinking day. While we're discussing fir park, that 3-0 cup disaster In 2011, took 3500, brutal night.
