Who's left back if Dixon is still injured, or out long term? It's probably Dillon, isn't it?

Maybe got this well wrong, but hasn't Donaldson played there in the past?

I dont know what the answer is mate but its not Sean Dillon, nothing against the club captain BTW cos he has been a great servant to the club.I am more than happy to see him wearing the NO2 shirt and he fully deserves his testimonial for the great service given to our club.

Dinna let the truth get in the road of your rants.

Whilst not great, Spittal won our penalty. That's hardly posted missing?!

Does Dillon deserve dropped for that stupid tackle gifting them their penalty too?

And you won't see us doing anything on Saturday, coz you winna be there!

I honestly thought Spittal was awful on Saturday and i was so pissed off with him when he lost possession and never bothered his arse trying to get the ball back.Dillon at left back is not the answer,we are struggling for width as it is and playing a right footer on the left just makes matters worse.

I have been told he won't ever be back at Tannadice, certainly not as long as Jackie and his crew are still there 😐

Some fans are already in that boat.

It's certainly a mess, and in my experience of folk being suspended for alleged indiscipline, the longer this is left unresolved by an employer, the less likely the individual is of being guilty.

In short, it's likely that if there was any great substance to the reason he was suspended, he would have been officially booted weeks ago.

Our general manager or whatever his title is on holiday at the moment.

It appears to me that the off field staff at Tannadice spend far too much time on holiday these days,is it any wonder we are a complete basket case at the moment?.

So you reckon it was shite then, fwiw i liked muirhead. And also wouldve kept him. Also wen u have a natural goal scorer like mckay a young lad like him may learn loads from him. Which im hoping is the same with murray. And like i said before id rather we played our own talent first but right now i just want to start seeing points and i dinna care what players play to get them.

I am not sure who you are replying to mate but i have no idea what he has been getting up to off the field.I must admit to finding it baffling that we paid 150K for this player and then send him out on loan to a rival club!.

I dont know how true it is but ive heard he was partying a bit too much and was becoming a bad influence on one or two of the others. Could be shite who knows , we aint short of a story or two atm. This boy taggart looks like he could be good, although the aussie league aint great he hasnt done too bad in it, ypoty golden boot and in team of the season. Didnt play for fulham so hard to judge but i believe that was down to injury. Obviously im just going with what im reading online and watching clips so he may well be terrible. But unlike the rest of the youtube signings he seems to have scored a few with previous club and plays for his country.

Lets send the party animal to Glasgow that will sort him out.

Its actually worse for Jackie than i thought it would be,just as well he does not do social media.I would say this board would be a fair reflection of the broader United support too.

Cannie really understand your post L,i am not in the FED or the Trust i just support my team same as you mate.My honest opinion is P cares about DUFC and ST has lost all interest.Again mate its only my opinion but the wrong man stood down today.

I adored Eddie Thompson and im not asking to get rid of the Thompson family just his errant son,i would be over the moon if his mother took charge tomorrow she couldna do any worse than him mate.

so you wish for this whole sorry affair to be dragged out more? It's to nobody's benefit.

Thompson who clearly does not give a flying f uck about United anymore has hung a boy out to dry who lives and breathes for our club. The chairman of DUFC clearly has a problem with its supporters and until he stands down there will always be division because it was his arrogance that caused the problem in the first place.

I am totally gutted for P,by the way i have had my ups and downs with him over many years and although we have shared many a bus and pint we are not close friends. What i will say is he has worked thousands of hours unpaid on behalf of our great club and he has been shafted by a man who has worked half of Ps hours but been very well paid for his time.

If you wanted an honest answer from me regarding DUFC and the 2 guys involved in this dispute its simply this, one of them lives and breathes DUFC and the other couldnt give a toss.I have always preferred Pavarotti's Nessun Dorma to Elton's Benny and the JETS.

It was you, not me, saying Campbell is the one who should be getting a cut so I dont really get your last comment nor am I going to discuss it further. This thread is about our new first choice keeper so rather than hijacking this thread, let's ger back on topic. I'm interested to know how it came abou that he ended up at Tannadice

It was you who took the thread aff the road mate when you had a go at the Plumber, dinnie worry though son no everybody will have noticed it.

I was talking about Plumber slating the keeper situation in a thread about the keeper (so on topic) and you turned in into something about the managements cut of transfer fees (off topic). Now you can twist it any way you want but dinnae worry old man no everybody will have noticed it

You are right enough mate and another thing i regret sticking up for the Plumber cos he's a moaning bastard who was playing FN golf on Saturday.

Agree 100% mate,he is staying in a hotel room at the moment and that is not the right environment to recover from illness.I cant see the problem with him going home to be honest.

We have potentially struck gold with this kid.
At 0-0 he made two great one-on-one stops on the deck. Positioning, narrowing his angles and staying big were textbook.
Showed great agility for the header to tip it over too.
Still canna get over his save from Deeney against Watford. To not only stop that but also get it up and over the bar is really top level stuff.

No bad for a kid playing in Germany's fifth tier a year ago!

I can only remember one occasion where he elected to punch when i think he should have caught the ball instead mate but apart from that he was outstanding, sorry for going off topic on your thread.

I think we probably hate Celtic more than Sevco cos they sign all our good players and hammer us on a regular basis. Our results against Sevco are up there with any team in Scotland Silver and thats the difference mate.
