Yeh i don't think we will be far off selling out the 3 stands. There is still 1 section of the shed to open up which will still leave 1 empty as a segregation. Surprised the amount sold in dode on first day would have thought the shed would sell quicker.

Re: Derby tickets

66 tickets left for the bottom tier of the ET.

40 tickets left for top tier of the ET.

over 110 tickets left for top tier of the GF.

over 400 for the bottom tier of the GF.

Over 200 left for the shed

Going by my calculations and possibly miscounting those tiny black dots I’d say there’s about 1000 tickets left for the United end. Payday tomorrow and next Thursday I reckon we’ll sell out.

Bought mine online today, not many seats left. ET lower say about 60 left, ET Upper about 30-40ish, GF Lower and upper about 400-500 mark, about 200ish in shed end.

Can imagine some people buying tickets online on match day, last Friday of the month is usually pay day for most folk. If we sell out and get an early goal, the atmosphere will be pronominal. Where will the directors sit? Surely they wont sit next to the manky mob?

I believe the directors will be in the top tier East stand for this game.

We also have one more section of the shed to open up for United fans if need be thatbwill leave the end section nearest the fair play empty for segregation.

Would love us to sell the extra section as well If we needed It. Be class seeing United fans celebrate at them.

Re: Derby tickets

Hope so, because it'll look ridiculous if two whole sections are sitting empty for 'safety' reasons. Load of shite. Coppers in a total overreaction. Not that anything ever happens at any of our games, including the derby.

Too much commotion

2 whole sections in the shed wont be empty due to as you say safety reasons.
1 will be the 1 closest to the FP stand. The next one that has the D will be opened for Utd fans if the demand is there.

Re: Derby tickets

Why is that one even closed? Its a seperate stand for gods sake. Christ at Anfield theres about 4 rows left empty between home and away fans with a bit of tarpaulin in the same stand. Its bonkers imho.

Re: Derby tickets

Looks like oor end is going to sell out. I'll be surprised if we're not onto the last section of the Shed in the next few days the rate they're going at.

Agree. It shouldn't be closed for segregation. It has 14 seats. Surely if the demand is there they could even leave 2/3 seats empty.

Re: Derby tickets

So weve sold approx 9000 tickets for a game on TV. Brilliant. Just look at all the st m or well or killie crowds v the 2 evils when on telly -  5k st m 7k well 8k killie. We look like 12k plus at least. Assuming that the Dees buy their tickets to get DVT in the JK!

Re: Derby tickets

Noting on P&B that some Dundee fans are claiming to have bought tickets for the United areas, as their allocation hasn't yet gone on sale. I'd doubt many would do this, in reality.

Only the fuckwits that bought Shed tickets thinking it was their end I suspect. Who the fuck would buy tickets for the opposition end unless their teams tickets were already sold oot?

Maybe closet Arabs would do that eh.

Good points Arabnophobia: seen a suggestion that United opened online purchases for the areas allocated to Dundee fans as well, by mistake.

Re: Derby tickets

I very rarely post but I do read the site most days. However, I am concerned about yet another mistake re ticketing. Brannigan is MD he takes responsibility and has had a very poor start. We had our own supporters queuing up to get a paper ticket even though they purchased a season ticket a few weeks back. Now we have an away club not receiving tickets because we have made yet another mistake by selling them on our website...

As I say, not the greatest start for Brannigan. Questions should be asked.

The thing online about United fucking up is instigated by dees that have a want to disrupt us and deflect their fears and our good sales I suspect.

Not sure our club posted the link some dees claim we did to buy away tickets, why would we post a link that naecunt has shown. If there's any truth in the thing I rekon some fuds bought Shed tickets thinking they were in there.
