Appoint paul Hartley and gordon young as assistant.
I know Hartley has family ties to cove but gordon young is a surprise....

As much as he was a joke at Falkirk, I reckon he’ll probably have them finishing top 4 next season.

My money is on them winning the league tbh. Went to the playoff leg at cove and they destroyed Berwick without coming out of second gear. Theres a lot of good investment and a great new ground at cove. I think they may well surprise a few folk in that league.

I wouldn’t put it past them in all honesty. Also won’t be surprised if a few other clubs at the bottom end of league two are replaced by some of the well backed lowland league sides such as Kelty or East Kilbride.

I've got what some would see as an irrational downer on clubs like Cove and Edinburgh City which I won't bother with here, so I hope they fall on their collective arses. Another reason to want Cove to fail is their managerial team.

Put Cove's second name and Hartley's intae the mix and I won't be sad tae see them dae bad. That area is Sevco'd oot their nut tae.
I've soft spot for wee teams dain well and like tae see the wee teams being appreciated but Cove Rangers and Paul Hartley can scoff my vindaloo weekend shite.

On last nights evidence Brechin could be in trouble. They looked really poor. Triple relegations.

I remember predicting not long before they were relegated from the championship that I wouldn’t be surprised to see them relegated again. Didn’t think it would end up being this bad but agreed if they sign most of the squad they fielded last night they could be in real trouble again.
Fortunately for them it’s much easier to survive that league since it’s only really a half relegation spot if that makes sense but Brechin to Wick or Brora on a Tuesday night doesn’t sound overly appealing. Unlikely they’d make a swift return to the league either.
