Pre-season hasn't started yet so I'd doubt it.

In fairness I am not familiar with this guy being linked and as always will give the player time to prove himself. It will be interesting to see if there is any truth in such speculation though.

I never get this attitude. We've signed a couple of players from Turkish teams who haven't worked out in the last 20 years so that'll be that forever....

It will be interesting to see if there will be any sort of transfer news this week as I can not think of much I have seen recentlybay least that can be taken without health scepticism.

The Dundee Courier/Evening Telegraph had reported United was supposedly in talks with Alborg over Safranko but I guess there was no truth in that as all has gone quiet on that.

I had also seen rumours over Shankland and Chris Cadden but would by very surprised if anything even was being done there.

Mind Holt going to Sevco for less than a third we had to pay them for Telfer. Holt had played over 100 first team games, Telfer 12 minutes.

I'd welcome Holt, if true, but his position isn't a priority for me.

Interesting however I would have thought there would have been a high chance of him going to QPR since Warburton is there and just signed Wallace and Kelly for them.

He'd be an excellent signing. However, he's contracted until end of May 2020 so SEVCO would want a fee which mean's there's no danger they'd let him come to us for anything other than a small fortune, if at all. Would Ogren be willing to shell out 200K+ for someone like him?

Lewis McLeod (was at Brentford)
Andy Murdoch (was at Ayr)
All better thab Holt imo and free agents.

Noticed looking at "Transfermarkt" last night that Adrián Spörle's market value dropped from £1m to £900,000 over the last couple of days. Maybe for dropping fae top Argie league to oor league?
Highest market value was £1.13m last May.

Much higher value rated player than we are used to getting.

This is the famous tackle in April 18' that thwarted Godoy Cruz closing a 4 point gap on Boca with 4 games to go...

He is out of contract, so yes he is.

Personally I feel we already have a squad capable of winning this league. Getting rid of some deadwood and bringing in 4 or 5 new faces (as Robbie said at Q&A) should only solidify our place as favourites for the league.
