I don't really think so.

McDaid was against Watson with Aird supposedly protecting him that night. And Ayr fans don't really rate him too highly.Β

Re: Dundee

Oh right Pat. Surprised to hear that. TBF I've only ever seen him playing against us. That game is 1 better forgotten.

Hopefully yer right Pat. A boast is that McDead scored 13 goals over 2 seasons according to a radio report I heard.

The dees might make a good signing or 3. Don't doubt they "potentially" will. The mair mibbies gid impressive players they sign might set the bar for our investment in the team now Ogren has seen his initial investment grow into a more passionate feeling.
This season we are not about to die like the coffin dodging/carrying masked pretenders hope. We have better financial backing and are better structured(I think more than hope blindly).

Re: Dundee

Nice to see them comfortably top our embarrassment...that's what I like about them, their reliability

Re: Dundee

Beginning to wonder wha's gonna last the longest. McPake or Bo-jo.

Re: Dundee

Dorrans was impressive last night, the rest of them, not so much. We will need Butcher in the middle of the park next week to keep an eye on him, he'll just laugh at Harkes and Stanton. If McMullan/Clark/Appere take a game we'll be fine, they'll be too worried about us attacking to think about attacking us, it's really all up to Neilson.

Re: Dundee

Used to not mind them. But their theatrics over the β€˜doon derby’ has made me dislike them even more. Will be happy to see them β€˜job’ about the lower leagues for a few seasons yet.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm: is it Mark McGhee?

Seriously, I think McPake is probably in the job for at least another week.

Aren't you a haiku fan? To be honest, I can't recall why I was mentioning McGhee on Saturday.

Arbroath can move above them on Saturday if they beat them at Gayfield.Β

Re: Dundee

Bigger picture: presently tonight's result hits an Ayr team who have caused us problems badly.

Don't really give a fuck about Dundee's chances.
