He could be a good shout tek
No idea If there is truth in the lee wallace one but he would be a absolutely ridiculous signing, the goalie who was at Ayr last season on Loan if poss, need 2 new strikers hoping neilson has people up his sleeve the boy main not sure if he’s completed his deal to Aberdeen yet but he’s another out of contract and fuck it happens every year bring nadir hame! Also rumours of Sam Nicholson can’t see that happening at all but never no

Another name also, Jamie Walker out the picture at Wigan, probs never happen but very good winger

I think he still has a year left on his contract up in Inverness but i would like to enquire about Jordan White.
He really impressed me anytime i seen him this season. Big strong lad who's good in the air, has a decent touch and knows where the goal is.
Looking at his career he's banged in goals everywhere (albeit at lower league level) apart from Wrexham (though he contracted a near fatal blood disorder when there).
But is now back fully fit, strong and has banged in over 100 career goals (all in the past 5 years really) already.
Still a good age too (27).

Would also take Declan McDaid who's turned down new deal at Ayr Utd.
Maybe not an out and out starter every week but a decent squad player and handy option from the bench imo.

Gauld. He’s finished at Lisbon, no chance of him ever making it over there now. He didn’t set the heather on fire at Easter Road, which will probably prevent any of the top 6 from making a move for him. Not suited to the lower leagues down south. So in all honesty, a return to the club where it all started do him may be his best bet. We’re not the basket case he’ll have heard about from his mate Souttar, despite the result and performance against St. Mirren, we are a club on the up again, with a proper structure being put in place, Gauld could come back and be the marquee signing and main man for us as we look to get back to where we belong.

I’ve been impressed by McDaid when I’ve watched him against us too, but according to Ayr fans that’s about the only time he turns it on, goes missing in a lot of games. Would much rather we looked elsewhere, Nicholson’s what I’m hearing, Jamie Walker also not getting a look in down south and has played his best football under Neilson.
I also heard McDaid’s off to The Fun anyway, so may be a moot point.

Would take him back in a heartbeat.

Thats all he done 2 good games against Utd in the season. If thats who we are wanting as a squad player we are aswell closing the doors now.

If Nottingham Forrest offer a decent sum for Siegrist, I would enquire about signing Tyler Walker. He was loaned out to Mansfield and bagged 22 goals in 44 games.

We still own 20% of him so negotiate that to have him for a year on loan.

That 20% is worthless now. I would think they’ll be quite happy to just part ways with him if there’s any takers at this point.

For some reason the Gauld story has been there for more than a couple of weeks, and I've been trying to discover the source. I think it's more than a possibility.
Regarding some others, Bigirimana had an odd season, playing almost every game for 'Well before a move to Hibs went badly wrong. Heckingbottom took over shortly after Lennon fell out with Dempster, Lennon having just signed Bigirimana. Looked a decent player on the telly.
McDaid played well against United in most games, but we struggled for a right back all season. Other accounts have him being ordinary for most games, although he was a stand out in League One the season before last.
Signing Nicholson or J Walker would seem positive, either should do well in the Championship.
White: wouldn't be happy to sign him, to be honest. Same thoughts on him as McDaid, neither have experienced football at higher levels.
Couldn't see Tyler Walker coming to the Scottish Championship, but he looks a speedy player. And can't see Benji going down south, I reckon that's lazy paper talk from a Daily Record journalist sitting on his arse.

Did he not sign for Hibs? Sure I seen his name in their sub list on sportscene highlights.

Lennon signed him and then he aint had a look in under Heckingbottom.

Same question as i put to Bowers, Pat.
Who would you like to sign?

Left field, but surely Don Cowie is too old for another stint at the premiership? He would add some much needed experience in attacking midfield.

According to one site Callum Hendry is out of contract at St.Johnstone as of tomorrow.
Good young player who has had a tough time with injuries but potential to do well at Championship level.

Would be happy with either Nicholson or J Walker, failing that maybe Lawless for the wing.
Bigirimana and more so Gauld would please me for midfield. Paul Coutts might be an option as well.
It's difficult to know if we have a decent budget, therefore it limits who to suggest, but a big lad like Lee Gregory (leaving Millwall, out of our range but that type) would be welcomed. Cillian Sheridan?
Honestly can't think of a centre half available (free) who would be realistic the now.
Sorry I don't have any names but we're BADLY needing a creative central midfielder in the Charlie Millar/Scott Fraser(!)/Scott Allan mould.
Ryan Gauld but what's happened to him?

I heard £2m budget for Championship and £4m if we went up.
Sounds ridiculous and likely is.
