Blessing in disguise?

Looking at a few other boards and there are views out there that the loss to St Mirren will be a blessing in disguise.
I am not sure that I am in agreement with that although it is true to say that we would struggle in the top flight even with an injection of 'better' talent. So is another season in the Fizzy, with the Dee, a good thing? A chance to build on Ogren's work in a less challenging league? A chance to go up as champions with a stronger and more resilient team?
Or is this just another year wasted. Another year of mediocrity to come?
The first few games of the season proper are going to be massive that's for sure. What do you think?

Ogren has awoken the fan base, that's for sure.  Sell outs for the play-offs show that there is a belief again although the history of the team slapping the fans in the face on big occassions continues.  Yes the slap was softer, but failing to score any of 4 penalties is just that, a slap in the face to those who went along to Paisley and those who queued and failed and those that packed Tannadice.

There are no good sides to staying down.

This league isn't going to be easy. We need massive improvements.

Only sell out was away to St Mirren.

Re: Blessing in disguise?

I don't know why Utd kept spinning it tgat we'd sold out? The Jerry Kerr was almost empty, the GF had seats left and there was utterly pointless segregation in the Shed.

And no, this league is utter shite and staying down is a disaster.

Too much commotion
