I was wondering which players still under contract will move elsewhere. Some are obvious, but others might come as a surprise.
Who do you think will leave for pastures new in the summer?
I'll go for Nicky Clark.

I would keep Nicky Clark, just needs a big bully of a striker to play alongside with next season and good service. He will score plenty of goals.

Can’t see there being many, if any surprise departures. If pushed, I’d go with Cammy Smith.
Don’t know if they’d count as surprises but I can see the likes of Stanton and Frans being told to find new clubs.
Also wouldn’t shock me if someone down south or abroad came in with an offer for Benji, just purely based on them having watched his playoff performances on TV.

And there it is already. Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace and Hull all interested in Benji.

Nicky Clark will score goals would be crazy to let him go
Wouldn’t be surprised to see bids for benji and mcmullan
Think Stanton, frans, Cammy Smith, bouhenna might go

I don't think Osman Sow will be here next season.
Released from his contract by 'mutual consent' will be the party-line.

From the listed team on the official page i know some have already gone looks like atleast 15 from it wont be here.
I think Frans will go and Robson

Frans back to thistle on a free would be my guess - tbf hes not terrible - but if hes not playing in front of Connolly then hes really not in the plans.
Dont think nicky Clark is particularly liked by robbie (always seems to be the first one to drop out) so guess he is away.
Stanton and Smith have barely played so guess both might be off....
I wonder if Connolly might be dunted too... would be surprised if he was but he looks a red card waiting to happen.
Cant see sow going - one of robbie favourites it would appear. Still dont know if he does just enough to get by at the club?
I'm not getting this anti-Connolly stuff.
Did his name come out of the hat to be the new Booboy?
There wasn't a single outfield player who showed up in the 2 St Mirren games & he (& Reynolds) were neither the best nor the worst.
We lost two goals in the last seven games (one of them was at Morton) so he can't be doing much wrong.
I'd be delighted to see Connolly & Reynolds in the centre of our defence next season.
Hands off Connolly please.

Dont see myself as a boo boy but over the 2 legs he was a red card waiting to happen. The image of him with cotton wool hanging out his beak and eyes bulging gave me the heeby jeebies.... in a 1 off match, i want my experienced boys to be calm - not bertie bombscares.
Reynolds didnt cover himself in glory either but hes more assured than Connolly.
I dont see where I've been a 'boo boy' either...maybe you can point it out?

Ok, seeing you ask....
You wonder if he might be 'dunted'. That's a boo is it not? Unless 'dunted' means retained? And 'the image of him with cotton wool hanging out his beak and eyes bulging giving me the heeby jeebies'. Booooooooooo.
I'll admit he was incredibly lucky not to be sent off late-on on Sunday, don't know what the ref was thinking about, but previously he has shown no signs of 'a red card waiting to happen'.

I was asking who might be a surprise departure, this isn't a 'who do you think is shite' question, or in smedDUm's case, a chance to pick up on folk when they mention a player's qualities.
Therefore, I'm not giving the opinion that Clark has been poor, simply he might be a someone who unexpectedly leaves. Siegrist too would be a surprise transfer.

I don't see Connolly leaving but to me he spends too much time wrestling opponents instead of attacking the ball in the air or he's rolling about at the slightest touch from a striker. His antics are a bit embarrassing actually. He's obviously trying to be a shitehouse but is not very good at it imho. If that was Gav Gunning this place would be in uproar. His distribution is horrendous at times also.
A striker in the mould of that boy Jordan White for ICT but with ability is what we need imho.
I'd punt Sow, Robson and Booth. Stanton and Matty Smith will be away surely along with the obvious candidates.

Not including those who have already been told they are going, I'd be punting
Booth
Frans
Stanton
Rabbitsch
Sow unless I can be guaranteed he will be significantly better than what we have seen so far
Loemba
I'd also be seriously looking at moving on Pawlett. I think he might be finished as he didn't look very interested or fit based on what I saw.

Smeds.
As pat Reilly has said - I didnt say he was terrible - i said he could be a surprise to move on.
My personal opinion is he isn't terrible but I'm not sure hes the perfect partner for Reynolds.

If that's true it is probably good news. Nobody is paying that for him so expect him to be here on loan again next season.
