Fast approaching already Thursday evening's game at home to St Mirren.
How would you start?
Bouhenna still in?
Robson left midfield?
Who does he leave out over Sow, Safranko & Clark?
A selection headache for this one.

Not as big a miss as I thought it would giving how well bouhenna and harkes played the other day, what a difference this seasons squad depth is, gives us a real chance

If Clark and Safranko are fit I’d play them ahead of Sow. Sow can come on as sub though if not playing.
Hard call but at home would play Robson & Pawlett. Away leg maybe Booth & Robson
Bouhenna & Harkes in middle with Butcher injured.
Rest of team stays as was I think.
Hopefully a special atmosphere on Thursday. Come on United!!!

Robson with Pawlett in front may well be a blessing for the Buddies. Not keen on Booth but might have him in there. Robbie has difficult decisions to make.
I'd also have Sow on from the start, just my view but he tires defenders making openings for others. Clark as an impact sub. if required.

Would definitely play Bouhenna from the start. Was excellent the other night.
Butcher always worries me in terms of getting sent off in big games. Gets too caught up in the emotion of such games.
Bouhenna was cool as a cucumber the other night.
The odds are interesting I think.
Encouraging even.
Thursday we are 13/10, Draw 11/5, St M 11/5.
To qualify (i.e. result over 2 legs) we are 4/6, St M 11/10.
Correct score tmrw? 1-1 is 9/2. 1-0 is 6/1.
I never understand why if 1-1 is the shortest odds correct score why isn't the draw the shortest odds?
There's a reason no doubt, these boys aren't daft.

If all are available, think Robbie will start:
Seigrist
Watson Connolly Reynolds Booth
McMullan Harkes Butcher Robson
Sow Safranko
Although Bouhenna was good last week in the second half, at times in the first I felt ICT were dominating us, and Butcher is a strong presence there. Pawlett offered little defensively, and looks off the pace, I'm hoping he's fitter next season.
St Mirren's attack is their best area, but defensively they are weaker. In some ways we are the same.

That team with Bouhenna over Butcher for me.

I'd have Clark in for Sow, and keep Bouhenna in the side to give Butcher an extra few days, and hopefully if we get a result tomorrow, I wouldn't be upset at dropping one of the strikers (probably Clark, as Safranko is normally perpetual motion) in the second leg, and having either Butcher or Bouhenna sit in front of the back four with Harkes and Butcher/Bouhenna in front.

There’s not much between starting Clark or Sow for me, but think Clark’s possibly the better option to come on when there’s tired legs about.

There will be a display in both the East & West stands tomorrow.
With such a large attendance expected we would advise everyone to make their way into the stadium that little bit earlier than usual.
For those in the East stand there will be a item on each seat to put on. Please try to keep this on as long as possible during the game.
The Club are now fully behind and very supportive of the displays and enhancement of the atmosphere at Tannadice and as can be seen on Friday the players also responded very positively to it .....let’s keep it going.

Let's get oor 4 stands rockin!
Even if things aren't going to plan, this is 2 legs and we should all do what we can.
If we go behind it's more important than ever to rally the team. Every team we play rekons they have an advantage against us if they can have us do the opposite and go silent or get on their backs when the team really needs us.
Shed fkn Rule! 💛
