Tuesday evening we travel to the highlands to play Inverness in the play off semi final 1st leg.

How will we line up?

Bouhenna is the only difference in the 1st 2 teams posted. I'd maybe go with him over Connolly after minding how Connolly's height was targeted against ICT at Tannadice in the cup game. He struggled a bit.
Sow is due a goal. Had a feeling he will score a huge goal and from on now is the time to do it.
Just no sure if starting him is the best plan.

Think Clark is in for Robson in Bowers selection.
I'm not convinced by either Connolly or Bouhenna at centre half, but would side with Connolly.
In the cup game our midfield had Fyvie for over an hour, replaced by Gomis, and no Butcher. Different story this time, also minding McMullan didn't start in the cup tie.

Siegrist
Watson
Connolly (wouldn’t have much concern if this was Bouhenna instead)
Reynolds
Robson
McMullan
Butcher
Harkes
Pawlett
Safranko
Sow (could be Clark but both will almost certainly feature)
Inverness been poor at home and great away from home this season (6th if only home games counted, 1st if only aways counted - we are second in both categories for those interested.)
In playoff/European ties I always say that we can’t win the tie but we can certainly lose it and if last weeks champions league shows us anything this tie will probably still be alive coming back down the road.
That being said, I’m quietly confident and already absolutely buzzing for this but will be tight making kick off on Tuesday night since it’ll be almost 5 before I get away from Dundee.

That's what I'd play in the home leg. For me that's our best 11. He might start Sow and Robson in the away leg though. Connolly too.

Sow in front of Clark for me.
Injuries aside the most talented player at the club.

Robson the other difference in the two lineups.
Just think Robson gives us a defensive edge as opposed to playing the two strikers. For the first leg it allows us to double up on Doran who’s possibly Caley’s biggest threat.

The Utd line-up when we beat Inverness away on the 20th April was -
Siegrest
Watson
Connolly
Reynolds
Robson
McMullan
Butcher
Harkes
Pawlett
Šafranko
Clark
Subs - Laidlaw, Booth,Bouhenna,
M.Smith,Nesbitt, Fyvie,Gomis
I think it will be that line-up again.
Sow, Stanton and Cammy Smith replacing Fyvie,Gomis and Nesbitt on the bench.

couldn't argue if we went with that team, Sow can have impact of the bench

Sorry but he really isn’t. The most prolific goalscorer yes but definitely not the most talented.

That’s great mate thank you. Was worried i’d have to go to Tanny for a ticket and was unsure if i’d get a chance.

Can't wait until we have something similar. Easy and makes going possible rather than ruled out or risky.
Don't think many realise how many fans want to go to home and away games that don't through current issues that are easily solved by technology. Big help for those who live outside Dundee and further away too.

Neilson’s tactics have been horrible so far and I reckon we’re lucky not to be behind. My eyes are too bad to see the other end but we’ve hardly been up there so hopefully the action stays at this end second half.

Good win, take that. I really hate 1-0 leads in a 1st leg tho, great to have a lead but it’s a dangerous lead.
Online!
Sow was woeful, if butcher is out it will be a complete disaster, if he is bouhenna in middle of park for me, missed safranko up top so much tonight hope he is over the illness for Friday

Felt there were a lot of poor performances tonight, but McMullan was immense.
There were a few players on the park who would toil badly if the club is promoted, unless somehow they can up their games.
Siegrist did reasonably well tonight, a keeper who I've slated often.
Finally, wee Robbo seemed unhappy after the game in interviews, but I think he's 'at it', the crafty wee cunt that he is, trying to build a sense of victim syndrome in his squad. Expect them to come out the traps rapid on Friday.

All that I care about is the win. Massive win for us. Tough place to go & could have been so different.
Best away day I've had for a long time and all the sweeter having my wee lad with me who's seen us beaten away a few times this season in some hard to take defeats by teams like Alloa & Partick.
Support was fkn tremendous. Celebrations were fkn nuts.
Thanks to the Arab who gave him a fiver during the aftetmath of the goal celebrations. He's already spent it on a magazine in an Inverness centre off license that had a gun in it. He's buzzin. Mums no happy back hame about the gun but we're havin a party!
Shed fkn Rule!
