Nearly posted to congratulate him in his ain language afore I noticed my translation is 1 of 16 different languages in Zimbabwe.
A compliment in 1 can be an insult in another.
Then I see he's born in fkn Alloa so, "well done wee man, magic!".
Online!
Well done Mati.

Is he the first player to get an international call up whilst playing for Tayport?
Surely he has to be.

Nope. Striker Dayle Robertson and the lad in goal Jack Shaw were both called up by the Scotland Futsal team earlier in the season.
Garry Kenneth plays for Lochee Utd. 2 Scotland caps.

Aye, but Kenneth wasn't playing for Lochee when he got the call up.
And Futsal? If that's deemed as good as football then the ba is as good as burst.....

I thought Alloa was in Hawaii?
Maybe his mum or dad is Zimbabwean.

No one is saying it's as good as football but it's been the starting ground for some of the best; Messi, Xavi, Neymar, Ronaldo, Cristiano Ronaldo, Coutinho, Ronaldinho, Pele etc and it's going through real growth in Scotland now.
Close quarters, continuous play, plenty touches, better control - Why the SFA still don't really back it, especially at a young age, amazes me.

My post was meant to be a joke (obviously not a good one). The ba is as good as burst is poking fun at the slightly deflated, heavier ball that futsal uses. I'll get my jacket.
